Claims (4)

  1.        on découpe une tôle ayant les dimensions de la future sortie de plafond en même temps que les bandes marginales, on réalise des fentes dans la tôle et des coins, les fentes décrivant au moins trois côtés des déflecteurs, et dans une seule autre opération, on relève les déflecteurs autour de la ligne de pliage qui correspond au quatrième côté du contour des déflecteurs et on replie suivant un angle, les bandes marginales suivant les lignes de pliage qui correspondent au contour de la sortie de plafond terminée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle pour redresser se règle sur l'outil particulier servant à cet effet.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tôle à fentes et à coins découpée ou la sortie de plafond est traitée dans un lit fluidifié.
  4.
