Claims (7)

  1. Bouche de soufflage montée sur un cadre en gaine tubulaire circulaire ou polygonale et portant au moins une grille de soufflage, caractérisée en ce que cette grille (3) comprend une tôle perforée (5) associée à un cadre de recouvrement (4), ainsi gu'un redresseur (7) constitué d'une paroi arrière (11) percée de fentes (12) et dont les bords latéraux (8), supérieur et inférieur (9, 10) sont rabattus de manière à relier la paroi arrière (1) à la tôle perforée (5), avec un certain espacement.
  2. Bouche de soufflage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des lamelles (13) associées aux fentes transversales (12), partent de la paroi arrière (11) en direction de la tôle perforée (5).
  3. Bouche de soufflage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que des barrettes étroites (15) sont montées sur les lamelles (13).
  4. Bouche de soufflage selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le bord de recouvrement inférieur (10) est plus large que le bord de recouvrement supérieur (9).

Procédé de fabrication et de montage selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on assemble une tôle perforée (5) et un redresseur (7) à une grille de la bouche de soufflage (3) et que tandis que pour réaliser le redresseur (7) on place les fentes transversales (12) dans une paroi arrière (11) dont on rabat les bords latéraux (8), supérieur et inférieur (9, 10) qui maintiennent son espacement par rapport à la tôle perforée (5), on place cette grille dans une découpe pratiquée dans la gaine (1, 2) aux dimensions de la grille et on la fixe à cette gaine au moyen d'un cadre de recouvrement (4) entourant au moins partiellement la tôle perforée (5) de manière que le cadre soit appliqué sur la gaine (1, 2) et que le redresseur (7) soit logé à l'intérieur (I) de la gaine (1, 2).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que pour fabriquer le redresseur (7), on réalise les fentes transversales (12) par une opération d'estampage à la suite de laquelle les lamelles formées par rabattement à partir des fentes (12) constituant le redresseur.
