Claims (3)
- Procédé pour fabriquer une grille d'aération, laquelle comporte un carter (1) avec une ouverture (2), dans laquelle sont mises en place des lamelles (17), et avec une paroi arrière (3) avec des fentes (4), qui est recouverte par un registre à fentes (10), procédé caractérisé en ce que les fentes (4) sont découpées à partir d'une bande de matériau, les parois latérales (5, 6) sont pliées à arêtes vives, et leurs bandes de bordure (7, 8) sont pliées et reliées entre elles dans les zones de chevauchement, tandis que le registre à fentes (10) ainsi que les lamelles (17) sont mises en place dans le carter (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour fabriquer le registre à fentes (10), des fentes (11) sont découpées d'une autre bande de matériau en ménageant des ailes (12), et à partir des deux côtés des bandes de guidage (13, 14) sont pliées à arêtes vives et le registre à fentes (10) est fixé dans le carter (1) par l'intermédiaire de bandes d'agrafage (15).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (17) avec leurs axes (18) sont mises en place dans des perçages prévus à cet effet du carter (1).
