Ein erfindungsgemäßes Lüftungsgitter R besteht gemäß Figur 1 aus einem Gehäuse 1, welches eine frontwärtige Öffnung 2 ausbildet. Dieses Gehäuse 1 ist aus einem Materialstreifen hergestellt. Von der Rückwand 3 sind Seitenwände 5 und 6 abgekantet, welche eine eigentliche Gehäusebox ausbilden.
Von jeder Seitenwand 5 kragt ein Randstreifen 7 bzw. 8 ab, welche sich in den Eckpunkten überlappen und dort mittels Nieten 9 miteinander verbunden sind. Diese Lochniete 9 in den Nieteckpunkten dient gleichfalls zur Befestigung des Lüftungsgitters R beispielsweise an einem Blechkanal einer Klimaanlage od. dgl..An
Durch die Öffnung 2 hindurch ist auf die Rückwand 3 ein Schlitzschieber 10 aufgelegt, bei welchem ebenfalls durch Ausstanzungen Schlitze 11 ausgebildet sind, welche im wesentlichen mit den Schlitzen 4 der Rückwand 3 übereinstimmen. Die Stanzung der Schlitze 11 erfolgt entlang von drei umlaufenden Seiten des Schlitzes, so daß ein ausgestanzter Flügel 12 abgebogen werden kann. Hierdurch wird u. a. eine Wirbelbildung innerhalb des Gehäuses 1 bzw. der eigentlichen Gehäusebox vermieden.A
Nach oben und nach unten hin sind von dem Schlitzschieber 10 noch Führungsstreifen 13 und 14 abgekantet. Diese Führungsstreifen 13 bzw. 14 werden teilweise von Klammerstreifen 15 (siehe Figur 2) übergriffen, welche einen Gehäuseboden 16 durchsetzen, wie dies in Figur 3 gestrichelt dargestellt ist. Die Klammerstreifen 15 sind so angeordnet, daß ein Verschieben des Schlitzschiebers 10 entlang der Rückwand 3 freigegeben ist, so daß die Schlitze 4 ganz oder teilweise geöffnet bzw. geschlossen werden können.
In die Öffnung 2 des Gehäuses 1 sind senkrechte Lamellen 17 eingesetzt und um eine Achse 18 drehbar. Selbstverständlich können anstelle von senkrechten Lamellen auch waagerechte Lamellen vorgesehen sein. Bevorzugt ist jede Lamelle 17 für sich um ihre Achse 18 bewegbar.
Claims (3)
- Process for producing a ventilation grille which has a housing (1) with an opening (2) into which bars (17) are inserted and a rear wall (3) with slots (4) covered by a slot slider (10), characterised in that the slots (4) are punched from a strip of material, lateral walls (5, 6) are folded, marginal strips (7, 8) are bent from the lateral walls (5, 6), these marginal strips (7, 8) are connected to one another in overlapping regions and the slot slider (10) and the bars (17) are inserted into the housing (1).

- Process according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the bars (17) with their axes (18) are inserted in appropriate bores in the housing (1).
