Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a ceiling outlet, in particular a square ceiling outlet for blowing supply air from an air guidance system into a room with air baffles punched out on three sides from a sheet metal, a sheet steel plate or the like and bent at an angle by a folding line, and a ceiling outlet according to the first part of claim 4.
Ceiling outlets of this type are known and widely offered on the market. These outlets differ primarily in the size and arrangement of the fins that conduct the air flow.
For example, there are outlets with a few and wide slats or others with many and narrow slats. Furthermore, outlets are known, the slats of which are fixedly arranged, while others have slats which are adjustable. In your The basic concept, in particular in terms of its construction, however, both the adjustable and the fixed outlets are similar. Above all, the outlets with relatively wide inflow surfaces are made from individual pieces.
The individual pieces consist of a frame and the individual blowing rings that form the lamellae. Such blowing rings are produced by welding individually shaped, in particular stamped pieces. The welded blow-in rings are then fastened again in the work step either by welding or by screwing or the like within the frame. Such a process is not only cumbersome, time-consuming and therefore costly, but it is also polluting and wastes energy.
The process is not only polluting due to the gases generated during welding, but above all due to the type of paint to be selected, which is only possible due to the presence of corners, edges and weld seams.
The process is energy-wasting on the one hand due to the energy required for the welding apparatus and secondly due to the energy required for the suction devices prescribed for this work.
In addition to the economic aspects due to the high labor costs, environmental pollution and energy waste are factors that need to be improved in a time of increased awareness of the environment.
A ceiling outlet of the above type is known from EP-A 0 211 150. The swirl outlet shown there consists of an air inlet and a swirl disk. The swirl disc is a circular sheet metal plate, which is placed on cylindrical edge sections of the supply air spigot inserted in the ceiling. The lamellae in this swirl disk are punched out along a radial side edge and bent out of the plane of the swirl disk along the other radial side edge in such a way that they protrude at an angle of approximately 45 ° against the air flow into the supply air connector.
The inventor has set himself the task of creating a ceiling outlet which has the advantages of the outlets of this type on the market, but which can be produced in a process which has a more cost-effective, environmentally friendly and energy-saving effect.
The solution to this problem is that a sheet is cut to the size of the future ceiling outlet plus edge strips, that the sheet is slit and licked out, the slots circumscribing at least three sides of the air baffle, that in a further single working step the air baffle the fold line, which corresponds to the fourth side of the circumscribing shape of the air baffle, is raised and angled by the angle, and edge strips are bent around fold lines, which describe the contours of the finished ceiling outlet.
The advantage of such a ceiling outlet is that it can be made from a single piece without welding, gluing or the like.
The ceiling outlet according to the invention is claimed in claim 4. A steel sheet, a sheet metal or the like or a plate of a desired material is required for production, which corresponds in its contours to the shape of the future ceiling outlet, with so much still on the edge Material is permitted, as is necessary for the later folding of the edge strips.
This sheet is then slit and licked using a special and special manufacturing process, in particular by punching. The contours of the slots circumscribe at least three sides of the shape of the later angled air baffles. Air baffles of this type preferably have an approximately isosceles trapezoidal contour. The size of the cover depends on the size of the edge strips provided.
In a further working step according to the invention, the edge strips are bent over corresponding folding lines.
Furthermore, in this step, the air baffles are raised again using a specially manufactured tool and angled at a predetermined angle around a crease line, which corresponds to the long side of a trapezoid. The special tool for bending the air baffles can be set so that ceiling outlets can be manufactured with more or less strong angled air baffles.
It is conceivable that, in the first step in the slitting and punching of the sheets, holes can also be made for receiving fastening elements.
Such a process for the production of ceiling outlets is very fast and therefore saves costs and energy. Because there is no welding or adhesive work, this process is also very environmentally friendly. Furthermore, outlets of this type can be powder-coated due to their construction. Compared to the previous spray painting, this process also represents a reduction in environmental pollution and a qualitative upgrade of a corresponding outlet.

Das Abkantwerkzeug ist entsprechend einstellbar.FIG. 1 shows a flat sheet metal R, a steel plate or the like, which has a square shape.
The sheet R is licked out by punching the slots intended for the air baffle plates. The size of the corners 6, which are punched out in this case, correspond to the width of the
