Abstract
Claims (2)
- Procédé pour la fabrication en une étape de monofilaments (2.2') en polyester avec un titre allant de 2.8 jusqu'à 30 dtex, caractérisé en ce que les monofilaments (2,2') filés dans la masse fondue lors du refroidissement au moyen de l'air de soufflage n'ont aucun contact entre une filière (1) et un élément de frottement sous forme de fourche (3) et ils sont conduits sur un élément de frottement (3), lequel est fixé à une distance de 200 à 2800 mm de la filière (1), où l'angle de contact de l'élément de frottement (3) / monofilament (2) comprend 50°-150°, par la suite ils sont ensimés et bobinés avec une vitesse allant de 4000 à 6000 m/min.
- Monofilament en polyester avec un titre élémentaire de 2.8 à 30 dtex fabriqué d'après le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le monofilament a simultanémentun allongement de 20 - 45 %,une ténacité de 36 - 60 cN/tex,un retrait à l'eau bouillante de 2 - 15 %,un Uster % < 1 etmontre un profil homogène et rond.
