Claims (9)

1. Procédé pour le filage avec étirage en une étape de deux ou plusieurs fils de polyester (3) avec une viscosité intrinsèque (IV) de 0,58 à 0,95, où les fils de polyester (3) sont filés et en même temps étirés entre une galette de livraison (6) avec au moins un rouleau de séparation (7) avec une vitesse de fil allant de 700 à 3000 m/min et une galette d'enlèvement avec étirage (10) avec un rouleau de séparation (11) avec une vitesse finale allant de 3000 à 6000 m/min passant par une goupille d'étirage (8) et sont par la suite embobinés, caractérisés en ce que, les fils polyester (3) sont pour leur étirage enroulés avec un angle de contact (a) supérieur à 90° et inférieur à 360° autour d'une goupille d'étirage (8) non chauffée.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la galette de livraison (6) a une température de surface allant de 50° à 100°C.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la galette d'enlèvement avec étirage (10) à une température de surface allant de 100° à 240°C.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de contact (a) autour de la goupille d'étirage (8) est formé avec au moins un rouleau de déviation (9).
5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de déviation (9) est mis dans le sens de marche du fil avant la goupille d'étirage (8).
6. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la température d'équilibre de la goupille d'étirage (8) soit atteinte en moins de 30 s.
7. Dispositif pour la réalisation du procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la galette de livraison (6) et la galette d'enlèvement avec étirage (10) soit prévue une goupille d'étirage (8) avec un diamètre allant de 4 à 20 mm.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la goupille d'étirage (8) soit mise perpendiculairement au sens de marche du fil.
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la galette de livraison (6) et la galette d'enlèvement avec étirage (10) soit au moins prévu un rouleau de déviation (9).
