Abstract

Dans ce procédé pour le filage rapide simultané de plusieurs monofilaments ayant un titre de 1 à 30 dtex, les monofils sont refroidis par soufflage d'air, levés sur un frottoir et bobinés directement. Le dispositif se compose d'un frottoir (3) avec des surfaces de frottement parallèles (4, 5). Le frottoir (3) se déplace dans le sens de la hauteur et peut pivoter pour régler le frottement entre ce frottoir et un monofil (2) ou un groupe de monofils. Le monofilament produit possède une résistance de 36 à 60 cN/tex, un allongement de 20 à 40 % et un retrait à la cuisson de 2 à 15 %.
