Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'ouverture et de vidage d'enveloppes rigides défonçables ou de sacs souples contenant du liquide à éliminer, avec un boîtier (1) à panier rotatif (2) disposé en son milieu et à clapet d'ouverture (2) et couteaux mobiles pour l'ouverture des emballages, caractérisé en ce que dans le bas du boîtier des couteaux s'ouvrant et se refermant à la manière de ciseaux sont situés sur un axe de rotation (6) de telle sorte que plusieurs, et de préférence deux, couteaux parallèles horizontaux fixes (3a-n) coopèrent avec plusieurs, et de préférence deux, couteaux parallèles formant un angle vers le haut et vers l'intérieur, en ce que les couteaux mobiles (3a-n) peuvent s'ouvrir et se fermer par l'intermédiaire de tringles de traction (7a-n) qui s'accrochent par dessous à des leviers (13a-n) des couteaux (3a-n) et par dessus à des leviers (14a-n) qui sont fixés à un axe de rotation (8a-n) qui pour sa part est guidé par un palier extérieur (8a) et un palier de moteur (8b) et est incliné ou tourné par un moteur (9), en ce que grâce à ce déplacement les couteaux (3a-n) traversent des fentes parallèles situées dans le panier rotatif (2) et découpent les enveloppes ou poches, le liquide pouvant s'écouler dans l'orifice de décharge (11), en ce que le panier est pour sa part guidé par un palier extérieur (5a) et un palier à moteur (5b), et peut être tourné avec son ouverture (12) vers le bas suffisamment pour que les enveloppes bien vidées soit inclinées au-dessus du bord d'une cuve de collecte (15) dotée d'une lèvre d'étanchéité (16) et puissent glisser hors du panier (2) et du boîtier (1) sans être touchées depuis l'extérieur, la lèvre d'étanchéité étant disposée entre la face inférieure du panier rotatif (2) et le bord de la cuve de collecte (15), et en ce qu'ensuite la panier rotatif (2) puisse être tourné par le moteur dans le sens inverse dans sa position de départ, en vue d'une nouvelle insertion d'enveloppes ou poches pleines.
  2. Dispositif selon le revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panier rotatif (2) présente une forme cylindrique.
  3. Procédé de vidage d'enveloppes rigides défonçables ou de sacs souples, caractérisé par le recours à un dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2 en vue de vider des enveloppes en papier ou en carton rendues étanches à l'eau par un recouvrement en matière synthétique, ou pour vider des poches en matière synthétique souple et transparente en forme de manchon.
  4. Procédé de vidage d'enveloppes rigides enfonçables ou de poches souples, caractérisé par le recours à un dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, pour vider des enveloppes ou poches contenant des liquides à composants solides pâteux ou finement divisés.
  5. Dispositif selon des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente dans la partie inférieure du boîtier (1) une vanne (17) destinée à l'introduction de liquides de rinçage et de nettoyage.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une unité de commande et en ce qu'il fonctionne de manière automatique.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une paroi de séparation (21) séparant l'enceinte mouillée d'une enceinte contenant l'unité de commande.
