Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour la mise en et hors service d'un cylindre porte-blanchet dans l'unité d'impression d'une machine d'impression offset à feuilles, le cylindre porte-blanchet étant monté des deux côtés dans des douilles excentriques pour la mise en et hors contact contre des cylindres porte-plaque et d'impression, les douilles excentriques pouvant pivoter par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme à levier coudé en appui contre une butée, et un moyen de réglage, pouvant être actionné par l'intermédiaire d'une alimentation en fluide de pression, étant articulé au mécanisme à levier coudé,
caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réglage est constitué de deux vérins (21.B, 21.C) à double effet, agencés parallèlement et en appui contre le bâti, les tiges de piston (23.B, 23.C) de ces vérins étant reliées, de façon articulée, à une bielle (26) et la bielle (26) étant reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'un tourillon d'articulation (27), à la barre de liaison (13) du mécanisme à levier coudé formé des barres de liaison (13, 14), et en ce que les vérins (21.B, 21.C) peuvent être alimentés en fluide de pression, pour la mise en service de l'impression, individuellement l'un après l'autre, et pour la mise hors service de l'impression, aussi bien individuellement l'un après l'autre que simultanément. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le tourillon d'articulation (16) formant la butée du mécanisme à levier coudé formé des barres de liaison (13, 14) est agencé sur un levier (17) monté sur un tourillon (18) qui est fixé au bâti, ce levier pouvant être pivoté, par l'intermédiaire d'un écrou à broche (19) et d'une broche de réglage (20), pour modifier la mise en place de l'impression entre le cylindre porte-blanchet (2) et le cylindre d'impression (3), en ce que la barre de liaison (13) agit, par l'intermédiaire d'un tourillon (12), sur le levier (11) d'un arbre (10), cet arbre étant articulé, aux deux extrémités du cylindre porte-blanchet (2), par l'intermédiaire d'un levier (9) et d'une barre de liaison (7), aux ouvertures (5) pratiquées sur la douille excentrique (4). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que les vérins (21.B, 21.C) à double effet sont réalisés sous forme de deux vérins pneumatiques identiques, pouvant être alimentés par de l'air comprimé, et l'alimentation en air comprimé des chambres correspondantes des vérins (21.B, 21.C) est effectuée par l'intermédiaire de vannes magnétiques pouvant être déclenchées électriquement. - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que, pour la détermination des moments de commande pour les vannes magnétiques, un dispositif de commande est prévu, dispositif de commande qui est réalisé de manière à détecter la position des cylindres de l'unité d'impression, de même que la vitesse d'impression (rotation) et, avec une vitesse d'impression croissante, ainsi qu'en dépendance avec celle-ci, à avancer les moments de commande dans le sens de rotation des cylindres de l'unité d'impression, de sorte que, pour chaque vitesse d'impression, la mise en ou hors contact du cylindre porte-blanchet (2) avec le cylindre d'impression (3) ou le cylindre porte-plaque (1) est effectuée dans la zone des canaux de cylindre. - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est réalisé de manière à avancer les moments de commande proportionnellement à la vitesse d'impression ou selon des caractéristiques déterminées empiriquement.
