- the two versions Common components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
- the lifting platform according to FIG. 4 there is synchronism of the two lifting rams 1 and 2 by a constructive simple synchronizing mechanism ensures that ever a rack 30 assigned to each lifting ram 1, 2, one attached to the lower ends of the two lifting rams 1, 2 concurrent cross strut 31 and two on the cross strut 31 contains mounted pinion 32, which is constantly associated with the stationary rack 30 are in engagement. Both racks 30 and pinion 32 are designed in the same way.
- the cross strut 31 consists of a shaft 33 extending horizontally between the two Lifting rams 1, 2 extends in the pit and consists of two Bearing blocks 34, which by connecting plates 35 to the Undersides of the lifting rams 1, 2 are attached.
- the pinion 32 are at the free ends of the ends in the two bearing blocks 34 mounted shaft 33 attached.
- the racks 30 are at their upper end on one stable support plate 36 attached to the illustrated Variant as the upper end flange of the guide bush 28 is formed.
- a Opening 37 is provided in which the respective rack 30 when the lifting ram 1, 2 is moved, it is loosely guided.
- the bearing blocks 34 can also have a certain guiding function take over by sliding contact on a rack 30.
- there is a roller guide the cross brace on the side walls of the pit not necessary because of the synchronism and also the Both lifting rams are guided by the rack and pinion synchronization is achieved.
- the main advantage is that the racks as well as the other components in the pit are arranged and therefore the surface Do not interfere with the work area. Furthermore, the Pit walls are made less precise and stable, because they do not have a leadership role. In particular Cases, however, both variants according to FIGS. 1 and 4 are partially or completely combined with one another, with only one roller per lifting ram can be used. It is possibly also possible on both sides effective roller guides on both broad sides the pit to be provided.
- the lift described above has the following advantages.
- the rollers 13, 14 at each end of the cross member 6 form double roller bearings on both sides to accommodate any unilateral burdens.
- the side walls 5a, 5b form together with the bottom 3 a completely pre-assembled waterproof Steel tub with which the pit 4 is lined is. Furthermore, no limit switches are necessary, but the The stroke is limited by means of hydraulic fixed stops. For the installation and maintenance, it is also advantageous that all individual parts of the lift from above after dismantling the Cover 15 are accessible and removable.
