Claims (5)

  1. Scharnier mit integriertem Türanschlag für Fahrzeugtüren u.ä., bestehend aus einem feststehenden Scharnierteil (1) am Fahrzeugkasten und einem beweglichen Scharnierteil (2) an der Fahrzeugtür, wobei
    - eines der beiden Scharnierteile (1, 2) eine zylindrische Bohrung zur Aufnahme eines Drehbolzens (6) aufweist, der fest mit dem anderen Scharnierteil (1, 2) verbunden ist,
    - in dem Drehbolzen (6) und der in einem der Scharnierteile (1, 2) angebrachten Bohrung ringförmige elastische Mittel eingefügt sind, die aus drei mit Laschen (14) versehenen elastischen Lamellen (12) bestehen,
    - der Drehbolzen (6) einen Kern (6a) mit Wulsten (11) besitzt,
    - jede der elastischen Lamellen (12) einen Wulst (13) besitzt, der mit den Wulsten (11) des Kerns (6a) des Drehbolzens (6) zusammenwirkt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Bohrung in dem feststehenden Scharnierteil (1) angebracht sowie mit Nuten (4) und Aussparungen (5) versehen ist, wobei
    - die Laschen (14) der elastischen Lamellen (12) in den Nuten (4) sitzen,
    - die elastischen Lamellen (12) selbst in den Aussparungen (5) Platz finden, die in der Bohrung des feststehenden Scharnierteils (1) angebracht sind,
    der Drehbolzen einen Mittelteil besitzt, dessen Durchmesser größer ist als der der Endteile,
    - die Wulste paarweise auf dem Umfang des Kerns (6a) des Drehbolzens (6) angebracht sind,
    - die Wulste (13) auf den elastischen Lamellen (12) sich in deren Mitte befinden und mit den doppelten Wulsten (11) des Drehbolzens zusammenwirken.
  2. Scharnier mit integriertem Türanschlag für Fahrzeugtüren u.ä. nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Mittel aus zwei übereinanderliegenden elastischen Lamellen (12, 12′) bestehen können (Fig. 14).
  3. Scharnier mit integriertem Türanschlag für Fahrzeugtüren u.ä. nach Patentanspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen jeder elastischen Lamelle (12) und der in dem feststehenden Scharnierteil (1) angebrachten Bohrung (3) ein aus elastischem Material bestehender Anschlag (30) aus einem Profil eingefügt ist, das einerseits seine Anpassung an die Form der Lamelle (12) und andererseits sein festhalten in der Aufname (31) erlaubt, die in der Bohrung (3) in dem feststehenden Scharnierteil (1) angebracht ist.
  4. Scharnier mit integriertem Türanschlag für Fahrzeugtüren u.ä. nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Lamellen (12) mit einer durchgehenden Krempe (32) versehen sind, die eine Einbuchtung (32a) aufweist.
  5. Scharnier mit integriertem Türanschlag für Fahrzeugtüren u.ä. nach Patentanspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das an der Tür (P) befestigte bewegliche Scharnierteil (2) am oberen Ende des Drehbolzens (6) montiert ist und mit diesem durch ein Mittel zum Blockieren fest verbunden wird.
