Claims (10)
- I. Türhalter, verwendbar insbesondere für die Türen eines Kraftfahrzeuges, und der Gattung, die ein elastisch verformbares, der besagten Tür (14) oder der Einfassung (15) dieser Tür zugeordnetes Glied (2) umfasst, das während der Türbewegung gedrückt werden kann, damit ein harter Punkt geschaffen wird, der, nach dessen Überschreiten, insbesondere das Festhalten der Tür in voller Offenstellung ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Glied (2) einen ersten, in einem Sockel (1) regelbar montierten Teil (3), und einen zweiten, von einem Reiborgan (6) bedeckten Teil (5) aufweist, wobei das Reiborgan sich durch Gleiten und ohne Rollen auf der Einfassung stützt, wenn der Sockel (1) mit der Tür (14) fest verbunden ist, oder auf der Tür (14) stützt, wen der Sockel (1) mit der Einfassung (15) fest verbunden ist.
- 2. Türhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (1) einen ein röhrenförmiges Gehäuse (4) bilden Teil, in welchem der besagte erste Teil (3) des elastisch verformbaren Gliedes (2) enthalten ist, umfasst.
- 3. Türhalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Reiborgan (6) am besagten Sockel (1) verbunden oder nicht verbunden ist.
- 4. Türhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reiborgan (6) aus einer, an dem Sockel (1) angelenkten und vorzugsweise aus zwei nacheinanderfolgenden, aneinander angelenkten Klappen (7a, 7b) gebildeten Leiste besteht.
- 5. Türhalter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (1) und die Leiste aus einem einzigen Kunstoffpressling gefertigt sind, wobei die Gelenke der Leiste durch Materialverdünnung (8, 9) erhalten sind.
- 6. Türhalter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Sockel (1) Anschläge (13) zur Beschränkung von dem Ausschlag der Leiste umfasst.
- 7. Türhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reiborgan (6) aus einem, vom Sockel (1) unabhängigen und am Ende des besagten zweite Teils (5) des elastisch verformbaren Glieds (2) durch Einklemmen oder dergleichen befestigten Zapfen (16) besteht.
- 8. Türhalter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Zapfen (16) eine kreuzförmige Wandanordnung (20) aufweist, die dessen Drehungsverriegelung im elastische verformbaren Glied (2) ermöglicht.
- 9. Türhalter nach einem der vorangeheden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Justierung des elastisch verformbaren Gleids (2) im röhrenförmigen Gehäuse (4) des Sockels (1) durch eine spiralförmige Rille (2a, 4a) erhalten ist.
- 10. Türhalter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Glied (2) ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Block aus einem elastomeren, kautschukartigen oder dergleichen Material ist.
