Claims (8)

  1. Türscharnier mit Haltevertiefungen, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, bestehend aus einem festen Element, einem beweglichen Element, das an der Tür (11) befestigt und am festen Element mittels eines Scharnierstifts (15) drehbar befestigt ist, so daß es sich mit der Tür um die Achse des Stiftes dreht, einem Sperrmechanismus (16) mit Haltevertiefungen, der mit den besagten Elementen des Scharniers verbunden und mit Federvorrichtungen versehen ist, die mindestens eine Haltevertiefung bilden, um die Tür in einer entsprechenden offenen Stellung festzuhalten, ein Gehäuse (17) das den Haltemechanismus (16) enthält und drehbar mit einem ersten (14) der besagten Elemente verbunden ist, und eine Druckplatte (19), die drehbar mit dem zweiten Element (13) verbunden ist und bis ins Innere des Gehäuses (17) reicht, um mit dem besagten Mechanismus (16) zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Druckplatte (19) eine axiale Bohrung (19a) hat, die auf den Scharnierstift (15) aufgesteckt ist und ein vorderes Ende, das mit dem besagten Mechanismus zusammenwirkt, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß, um mit der Vorderseite der Druckplatte (19) zusammenzuwirken, der Haltemechanismus mindestens zwei Vertiefungen (29, 30) enthält, die gebildet werden durch die konkave Oberfläche eines drehenden Elementes (31) mit einer Achse (32) parallel zu der Achse (1) des Scharnierstifts, wobei die Federelemente (33) sich gegen dieses Element (31) drücken in umgekehrter Drehrichtung zu einer mittleren Position, wobei die beiden Haltevertiefungen (29, 30) auf dem drehbaren Element (31) angeordnet sind, so daß das besagte Element sich in einer Richtung dreht wenn die Druckplatte (19) mit einer ersten der beiden Haltevertiefungen (29) zusammenwirkt, und in die andere Richtung, wenn die Druckplatte (19) mit der anderen Haltevertiefung (30) zusammenwirkt.
  2. Türscharnier mit Haltevertiefungen, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, bestehend aus einem festen Element, einem beweglichen Element, das an der Tür (11) befestigt und am festen Element mittels eines Scharnierstifts (15) drehbar befestigt ist, so daß es sich mit der Tür um die Achse des Stiftes dreht, einem Sperrmechanismus (16) mit Haltevertiefungen, der mit den besagten Elementen des Scharniers verbunden und mit Federvorrichtungen versehen ist, die mindestens eine Haltevertiefung bilden, um die Tür in einer entsprechenden offenen Stellung festzuhalten, ein Gehäuse (17) das den Haltemechanismus (16) enthält und drehbar mit einem ersten (14) der besagten Elemente verbunden ist, und eine Druckplatte (19), die drehbar mit dem zweiten Element (13) verbunden ist und bis ins Innere des Gehäuses (17) reicht, um mit dem besagten Mechanismus (16) zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Druckplatte (19) eine axiale Bohrung (19a) hat, die auf den Scharnierstift (15) aufgesteckt ist und ein vorderes Ende, das mit dem besagten Mechanismus zusammenwirkt, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß, um mit der Vorderseite der Druckplatte (19) zusammenzuwirken, der Haltemechanismus einen Nockenhebel (38) enthält, der eine Nockenkante (38a) hat, die sich gegen die Vorderseite der Druckplatte (19) legt und mit Haltevertiefungen (42, 45) und einem Drehelement (31) mit Drücker (40) versehen ist, der gegen den Nockenhebel (38) drückt in Richtung der Druckplatte (19) unter dem Effekt der besagten Federelemente, die auf das Drehelement (31) in einer Drehrichtung drücken.
  3. Türscharnier gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Vorderseite der Druckplatte (19) mit einer frei drehbaren Walze (26) versehen ist, die mit den Haltevertiefungen (29, 30, 42, 45) des Haltemechanismus zusammenwirkt.
  4. Türscharnier gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die hintere Seite der Druckplatte (19) die besagte axiale Bohrung (19a) und nichtrunde Außenflächen (22, 23) enthält und axial in eine Öffnung mit entsprechender nicht-runder Form eingesteckt wird, die um den Scharnierstift (15) im zweiten Element (13) des Scharniers angeordnet ist.
  5. Türscharnier gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Gehäuse (17) einen Deckel (18) enthält, der seitlich zur Achse (1) des Scharnierstifts angeordnet ist und eine fast dichte Schließung am Haltemechanismus (16) gewährleistet.
  6. Türscharnier gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Gehäuse (17) an dem besagten festen Element (14) des Schamiers befestigt ist und die besagte Druckplatte (19) drehbar mit dem besagten beweglichen Element verbunden ist.
  7. Türscharnier gemäß Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das besagte bewegliche Element (13) entlang dem Scharnierstift (15) zwischen dem festen Element (14) und dem Gehäuse (17) plaziert ist.
  8. Türscharnier gemäß Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Gehäuse zwei parallele Vorsprünge (34, 35) enthält, die an jeder Seite des besagten festen Elements (14) des Scharniers angeordnet sind und mindestens eine Sperrschraube (36) enthalten.
