Claims (5)

  1. Integrated door edge hinge for vehicle or other openable doors constituted by a fixed hinge leaf (1) mounted on the body of the vehicle and a mobile hinge leaf (2) secured to the door,
    - one of the two leaf hinges (1, 2) comprises a cylindrical bore for receiving a hinge pin (6) integral with the other hinge leaf (1, 2),
    - annular elastic means constituted by three spring rods (12) fitted with brackets (14) are inserted at the the hinge pin (6) and the bore of one of the two hinge leaves (1, 2),
    - the hinge pin (6) comprises a central portion (6a) with bosses (11),
    - each of the spring rods (12) comprises a boss (13) intended to cooperate with the bosses (11) of the central portion (6a) of the hinge pin (6),
    wherein the cylindrical bore is embodied in the fixed hinge leaf (1), this bore being provided with notches (4) and recesses (5),
    - the brackets (14) of the spring rods (12) are housed in the notches (4),
    - the spring rods (12) may be extinguished in the recesses (5) provided in the bore of the fixed hinge leaf (1),
    - the hinge pin has a central portion with a diameter larger than the diameter of its two extreme portions,
    - the bosses (11) are disposed in groups of two at the periphery of the central portion (6a) of the hinge pin (6),
    - the bosses (13) of the spring rods (12) are located at their middle and cooperate with the double bosses (11) of the hinge pin.
  2. Integrated door edge hinge for a vehicle or other openable doors according to claim 1, wherein the elastic means may be constituted by two superimposed spring rods (12-12′) (fig. 14).
  3. Integrated door edge hinge for vehicle or other openable doors according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a stop (30) made of an elastic material is inserted between each spring rod (12) and the bore (3) of the fixed hinge leaf (1), said stop being constituted by a profile having a section enabling it to firstly marry the shape of the spring rod (12), and secondly keep it inside the housing (31) provided in the bore (3) of the fixed hinge leaf (1).
  4. Integrated door edge hinge for vehicle or other openable doors according to claim 3, wherein the spring rods (12) are provided with a continuous edge (32) with an indentation (32a).
  5. Integrated door edge hinge for vehicle or other openable doors according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the mobile hinge leaf (2) fixed to the door (P) is mounted at the upper extremity of the hinge pin (6) rendered integral with a locking device.
