Claims (8)

  1. Scharnier (100) für eine Kraftfahrzeugtür, das aufweist:
    - ein ortsfestes Element (110), das Einrichtungen (111) zur Befestigung an einem Fahrgestell des Kraftfahrzeugs enthält, und
    - ein bewegliches Element (120), das Einrichtungen (121) zur Befestigung an der Tür enthält, wobei das ortsfeste (110) und das bewegliche Element (120) mittels einer Scharnierachse (101) zwischen einer Schließstellung der Tür und einer Öffnungsstellung der Tür zueinander drehbeweglich montiert sind,
    - Rückstelleinrichtungen (122, 130, 140), die geeignet sind, einen Teil der Energie zu speichern, die entwickelt wird, um das bewegliche Element (120) bezüglich des ortsfesten Elements (110) von der Schließstellung der Tür in ihre Öffnungsstellung schwenken zu lassen, wobei die Rückstelleinrichtungen enthalten:
    - eine Nockenscheibe (122), die einem (120) der ortsfesten (110) und beweglichen Elemente (120) zugeordnet ist,
    - einen elastisch verformbaren Anschlag (130), der am anderen (110) der ortsfesten (110) und beweglichen Elemente (120) befestigt ist, und
    - einen Arm (140), der bezüglich des anderen (110) ortsfesten (110) oder beweglichen Elements (120) beweglich montiert ist, und der einerseits einen Komprimierungsteil (141) des Anschlags (130) und andererseits einen Führungsteil (142) aufweist, wobei der Komprimierungsteil (141) dem Führungsteil (142) entgegengesetzt liegt, so dass der Arm (140) sich zwischen die Nockenscheibe (122) und den Anschlag (130) einfügt, wobei der Führungsteil (142) geeignet ist, mit der Nockenscheibe (122) zusammenzuwirken, so dass der Komprimierungsteil (141) geeignet ist, den Anschlag (130) bei der Drehung des beweglichen Elements (120) bezüglich des ortsfesten Elements (110) von der Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung zu komprimieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Arm (140) mittels einer Gelenkachse (102) parallel zur Scharnierachse (101) drehbeweglich auf das ortsfeste Element (110) montiert ist; und
    - die Rückstelleinrichtungen (122, 130, 140) geeignet sind, bei der Rückkehr der Tür in ihre Schließstellung mindestens einen Teil der beim Schwenken des beweglichen Elements (120) bezüglich des ortsfesten Elements (110) von der Schließstellung der Tür in ihre Öffnungsstellung gespeicherten Energie freizusetzen.
  2. Scharnier (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Nockenscheibe (122) dem beweglichen Element (120) zugeordnet und mit dem beweglichen Element (120) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Scharnier (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Nockenscheibe (122) dem beweglichen Element (120) zugeordnet und an das bewegliche Element (120) angefügt ist.
  4. Scharnier (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Nockenscheibe (122) eine erste Rampe (122A) mit einem nicht kreisförmigen Profil und eine zweite Rampe (122B) mit einem kreisförmigen Profil in der Verlängerung der ersten Rampe (122A) aufweist.
  5. Scharnier (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Führungsteil (142) eine Walze enthält, die mittels einer Walzenachse (143) parallel zur Scharnierachse (101) drehbeweglich bezüglich des Arms (140) montiert ist.
  6. Scharnier (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Anschlag (130) aus einem Kunststoff geformt ist, vorzugsweise aus Polyurethan.
  7. Kraftfahrzeugtür, die einen Türflügel und mindestens ein Scharnier (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 aufweist, wobei die Befestigungseinrichtungen (121) des beweglichen Elements (120) am Türflügel befestigt sind.
  8. Kraftfahrzeug, das ein Fahrgestell und mindestens eine Tür nach Anspruch 7 aufweist, wobei die Befestigungseinrichtungen (111) des ortsfesten Elements (110) des Scharniers (100) am Fahrgestell befestigt sind.
