Claims (2)

  1. Anordnung zur gelenkigen Anbringung einer Öffnung an einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, mit einem Scharnier (4) zur gelenkigen Anbringung einer Öffnung vom Typ Motorraum-Verschlusshaube an einer Fahrzeugkarosserie und einem Träger (5) zur Befestigung des Scharniers (4),
    - wobei das Scharnier ein feststehendes Teil (7) und ein bewegliches Teil (8) umfasst, wobei das bewegliche Teil (8) an einem seiner Enden so montiert ist, dass es um eine Schwenkachse (A), die an einem Ende des feststehenden Teils (7) vorgesehen ist, zwischen einer offenen Position und einer geschlossenen Position des Scharniers (4) drehbar ist;
    - wobei die erste Krümmung des beweglichen Teils (8) einem Hakenteil entspricht, das um eine Achse (A) des festen Teils (7) des Scharniers schwenkbar montiert ist, dann entspricht die zweite Krümmung dem freien Ende des beweglichen Teils (8), an dem der Flügel befestigt wird,
    - wobei der bewegliche Teil (8) einen Vorsprung (6) aufweist, der von dem beweglichen Teil (8) in Richtung des festen Teils (7) in der Schwenkebene des Scharniers (4) vorsteht;
    - dass sich der Vorsprung (6) radial innerhalb der zweiten Krümmung auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flügels in der Schwenkebene des beweglichen Teils (8) bezüglich des festen Teils (7) erstreckt; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Vorsprung (6) radial innerhalb der zweiten Krümmung auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flügels in der Schwenkebene des beweglichen Teils (8) bezüglich des festen Teils (7) erstreckt; und dass sich der Vorsprung (6) vom beweglichen Teil (8) zum festen Teil (7) in der Schwenkebene des Scharniers (4) erstreckt, so dass er vom beweglichen Teil (8) zum festen Teil (7) vorsteht.
    - wobei der Befestigungsträger (5) des Scharniers (4) eine Befestigungsplatte (5a) zur Befestigung des feststehenden Teils (7) des Scharniers umfasst und eine Wand (5b) aufweist, die sich senkrecht zu der Befestigungsplatte (5a) erstreckt, wobei das Scharnier (4) an dem Befestigungsträger so befestigt ist, dass die an dem beweglichen Teil (8) vorgesehene Lasche (6) so angeordnet ist, dass sie sich in der geschlossenen Stellung des Scharniers (4) gegenüber der senkrechten Wand (5b) des Befestigungsträgers (5) erstreckt;
    - wobei der bewegliche Teil oder das bewegliche Scharnier (8) eine Schwanenhalsform aufweist, nämlich ein Ende (8a), das schwenkbar an dem festen Teil (7) angebracht ist und sich entlang des festen Teils (7) des Scharniers (4) in Richtung der Befestigungsbasis (7a) des festen Teils (7) erstreckt und dann eine erste Krümmung (8b) weg von der Befestigungsbasis (7a) bildet, bevor es eine zweite Krümmung mit umgekehrter Krümmung (8c) bildet, das freie Ende (8d) des beweglichen Gelenks (8) sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Befestigungsplatte (5a) erstreckt und Mittel zu seiner Befestigung an einer Öffnung aufweist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Lasche (6) im Wesentlichen radial zum zweiten gekrümmten Abschnitt (8c) des beweglichen Gelenks (8) erstreckt, wobei diese Lasche (6) somit einen Anschlag bildet, der in Richtung des Befestigungsträgers (5) entlang der Wand (5b) dieses Trägers vorsteht, in der geschlossenen Stellung des Scharniers (4) und in der Schwenkebene des Scharniers (4), und dass das Ende der Lasche (6) von der Befestigungsplatte (5a) des Trägers (5) beabstandet ist, um einen Einklapphub (in der vertikalen Achse Z des Fahrzeugs) des beweglichen Teils des Scharniers für den Fußgängeraufprall zu ermöglichen.
  2. Kraftfahrzeug mit einer Öffnung, wie z.B. einer Motorraum-Verschlusshaube, die an der Fahrzeugkarosserie mittels zweier Öffnungs-Scharnieranordnungen angelenkt ist, von denen mindestens eine eine Scharnieranordnung nach Anspruch 1 ist.
