Claims (5)
- Procédé pour le remplacement automatique d'une bobine pleine (4) par un nouveau noyau d'enroulement (16) dans une enrouleuse à cylindres porteurs avec deux cylindres porteurs motorisés (1, 2) pour des bandes de matière (5), dans lequel la bande (5) déviée par le premier cylindre porteur (1) est guidée par le bas à travers l'intervalle entre les cylindres porteurs dans le lit (3), avec les opérations suivantes :- la bande de matière (5) est maintenue et affaiblie à l'arrêt dans la région située avant le premier cylindre porteur (1),- un agent adhésif est appliqué de part et d'autre de l'affaiblissement,- ensuite, la zone affaiblie est déplacée dans le lit (3) et elle y est maintenue sous la ligne de contact du noyau d'enroulement vide (16) avec le premier cylindre porteur (1),- le début de bande à créer nouvellement est maintenu sur le premier cylindre porteur (1) embrassé,- ensuite la bande (5) est séparée par un accroissement de la traction de la bande contre une force de freinage et l'extrémité de la bande est collée à la bobine pleine (4) par rotation de la bobine pleine (4) au moyen du second cylindre porteur (2) non embrassé,- ensuite la bobine pleine (4) est retirée du lit (3), et- après le placement d'un nouveau noyau d'enroulement (16), celui-ci est collé au nouveau début de bande par rotation des deux cylindres porteurs (1, 2).
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant la séparation de la bande (5), la bobine pleine (4) est soulevée du premier cylindre porteur (1) embrassé au moyen d'un cylindre d'éjection (14) et elle est, après passage de l'extrémité de la bande à travers l'intervalle entre la bobine (4) et le cylindre d'éjection (14), éjectée par ce dernier hors du lit (3) au-dessus du second cylindre porteur (2) non embrassé.
- Enrouleuse à cylindres porteurs pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par- deux cylindres porteurs motorisés (1, 2), entre lesquels est formé un lit (3), dans laquelle la bande de matière (5) déviée par le premier cylindre porteur (1) est guidée par le bas à travers l'intervalle entre les deux cylindres porteurs (1, 2) dans le lit (3),- un dispositif d'éjection (14) pour soulever et éjecter la bobine pleine (4) hors du lit (3),- un dispositif de perforation (10), qui est disposé avant le premier cylindre porteur (1), et un dispositif pour appliquer un agent adhésif (11, 12),- un dispositif pour maintenir la bande (5), sous la zone perforée, sur le premier cylindre porteur (1) dans la région embrassée, et- un dispositif (15 respectivement 17) pour placer des nouveaux noyaux (16) dans le lit (3).
- Enrouleuse à cylindres porteurs suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée par des cylindres (8) montés de façon flottante et libre sur un support (6), en guise de dispositif de maintien, qui peuvent être remontés à travers l'intervalle entre les cylindres porteurs (1, 2) dans la région du lit (3).
- Enrouleuse à cylindres porteurs suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le premier cylindre porteur (1) embrassé est constitué par un cylindre aspirant et en ce que, sur le support (6) au-dessus des cylindres (8), est articulé un couteau (7), rabattable en direction du premier cylindre porteur (1), qui sert d'arête de séparation pour la bande de matière (5).
