Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Verhinderung unkontrollierter Beschleunigungen oder Bewegungen eines Fahrkorbes oder dergleichen Lastenträgers von Aufzugs- oder Förderanlagen, miteinem über Seile angehängten Gegengewicht, mindestens einer Führungsschiene (12) für den Fahrkorb (10), einem auf ein mit dem Fahrkorb mitlaufendes Betätigungsseil (30) einwirkenden Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer (36), und mit in zueinander entgegengesetzer Lage angeordneten ersten und zweiten jeweils den gleichen Aufbau aufweisenden Bremseinrichtungen (14 bzw. 16), von denen die erste bei Aufwärtsfahrten und die zweite bei Abwärtsfahrten anspricht, wobei jede Bremseinrichtung (14, 16, 70) jeder Seite der Führungsschiene (12) zugeordnete am Fahrkorb befestigte Stützlager und ein mit den Stützlagern (17, 17a, 18, 18a) zusammenwirkendes, durch vom Betätigungsseil (30) gesteuerte Übertragungsmittel auslösbares Fangelement (20 bzw. 21) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß beide Bremseinrichtungen (14, 16) bezüglich ihrer Bremskraft voneinander unabhängig einstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im kurzen Seilzug des Betätigungsseils (30) zwischen Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer (36) und Bremseinrichtungen (14, 16) die Seilspannung durch ein Federelement (52) aufrechterhalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem dervorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Achse der unteren Umlenkrolle (38) des über den oberen Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer (36) geführten Betätigungsseils (30) eine einschaltbare Sperrvorrichtung (58) zugeordnet ist, die Bewegungen der Umlenkrolle (38) in Richtung des Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzers (36) verhindert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützlager jeder Bremseinrichtung aus Zangenarmen (17, 17a bzw. 18, 18a) eines am Fahrkorb (10) befestigten, die Führungsschiene (12) von gegenüberliegenden Seiten umfassenden Zangenkörpers (14, 16) bestehen, und daß des mit den Stützlagern zusammenwirkende Fangelement als Fangkeil (20, 21) ausgebildet ist, dessen Keilfläche an einer komplementär geneigten Keilfläche eines zugeordneten Zangenarms (17 bzw. 18) verschiebbar abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Fangkeil (20,21) an einem abgewinkelten Endabschnitt (44) eine Anschlageinrichtung, z.B. eine Stellschraube (46) zur Begrenzung seines maimalen Betätigungsweges aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beiden Bremseinrichtungen (14, 16) ein gemeinsamer Fangkeilkörper (72) zugeordnet ist, der über einen einzelnen Betätigungshebel (50) mitdem Betätigungsseil (30) gekuppelt ist und entgegengesetzt geneigte Keilflächen (76, 78) aufweist, die an den komplementären Gegenflächen der Zangenarme (17, 16) der jeweiligen Bremseinrichtung (14, 16) abgestützt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eigengewicht des Fangkeils (20; 72; 82) und der anhängenden Übertragungselemente (50; 24), die zum Bremsen etwa in Richtung der Schwerkraft beweglich sind, durch Federkraft (80) aufgehoben oder weitgehend ausgeglichen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer (36) zusätzlich zur Auslösung bei Übergeschwindigkeit auch bei jeder geringeren Geschwindigkeit bis herab zum Stillstand auslösbar ist.
