Claims (16)
- Arrêtoir de porte pour portes de véhicules automobiles, composé:- d'une barre d'arrêt (2) articulée par l'intermédiaire d'un support (3) sur l'une des parties de la porte, savoir la porte elle-même ou le montant de porte, pourvue de crans d'arrêt (15), (16) marquant les positions d'ouvertures dans lesquelles la porte peut être bloquée, et, d'une butée de fin de course (17) déterminant la position d'ouverture complète de la porte, et,- d'un boîtier de maintien (1) fixé de manière rigide sur l'autre partie de la porte, traversé par la barre d'arrêt (2), dans lequel sont disposés, d'une part, un galet (4) mobile autour d'un axe fixe (5) en tant que galet de butée, et, d'autre part, un galet (6) tournant, prévu comme galet de charge sur le bras de charge (7) d'un ressort de torsion (9) assemblé avec le boîtier de maintien (1) par l'intermédiaire de son bras d'appui (8), la barre d'arrêt (2) passant entre les galets (4), (6),

- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la butée de fin de course de la porte est constituée par l'extrémité repliée sensiblement en angle droit (17) de la barre d'arrêt (2).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (2) présente une section transversale circulaire sur toute sa partie longitudinale coopérant avec les galets (4), (6).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (2) présente sur toute sa partie longitudinale coopérant avec les galets (4), (6), une section transversale s'écartant de la forme circulaire comme de la forme polygonale.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (2) comporte, dans la zone de la butée de fin de course (17), une section transversale dont la forme s'écarte de celle du reste de sa longueur, plus particulièrement une forme de poire (18).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que au moins un des galets (4), (6), galet de charge et/ou galet de butée, présente une surface de roulement dont la forme de la section transversale s'écarte de celle de la section transversale de la barre d'arrêt (2).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la surface de roulement d'au moins un des galets (4), (6), galet de charge et/ou galet de butée, présente une section transversale de forme concave (22), dont la courbure possède un plus petit diamètre que celui de la barre d'arrêt (2).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la surface de roulement d'au moins un des galets (4), (6), galet de charge et/ou galet de butée, présente une section transversale de forme concave (22), dont la courbure possède un plus grand diamètre que celui de la barre d'arrêt (2).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (2) est entourée au moins sur la moitié de sa périphérie par les galets (4), (6).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendicatons 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que au moins un des galets (4), (6), galet de charge et/ou galet de butée, possède une surface de roulement (20) cylindrique lisse.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12 caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la barre d'arrêt (2) comporte une butée de fin de course, constituée d'un corps qui y est fixé de manière connue, plus particulièrement d'un tampon en caoutchouc.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt comporte un coussinet (31) permettant son assemblage avec le support (3), constitué par un applatissement de la barre d'arrêt (2) avec laquelle il forme une pièce unique.
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 14 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (2) se prolonge par un coussinet (13) constitué d'une douille cylindrique soudée sur ladite barre d'arrêt (2).
- Arrêtoir de porte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 15 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (2) est constituée d'une pièce préformée repliée.
