Claims (6)
- Support de ressort pour arrêtoir de porte de portes de véhicules automobiles, où une barre d'arrêt (3) rigide, articulée sur l'une des parties de la porte, savoir la porte elle-même ou le montant de porte, et traversant un boîtier de maintien (1) fixé sur l'autre partie de la porte, coopère avec un galet de charge (15) disposé en pouvant tourner librement sur le bras de charge libre (14) d'une barre de torsion (11) qui est disposée dans le boîtier de maintien (1) sur lequel elle s'appuie par son bras d'appui (13), ladite barre de torison (11) étant logée dans un trou oblong (10) de boîtier de maintien (1) constitué d'une pièce de tôle découpée et repliée, caractérise en ce que l'appui de la tige (12) de la barre de torsion (11) à l'intérieur du boîtier de maintien (1) est assuré par une coquille de coussinet (18) en matériau ne nécessitant pas d'entretien, disposée en porte-à-faux, maintenue dans sa position à l'intérieur du boîtier de maintien (1), par une précontrainte déterminée entre la tige (12) et le bras d'appui (13) de la barre de torsion (11), agissant en complément à des moyens de fixation mécaniques (19).
- Support de ressort selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la coquille de coussinet (18) qui présente une section transversale sensiblement en forme de demi-cercle, s'appuie par l'intermédiaire d'oreilles saillant radialement par rapport à sa section transversale, sur la surface extérieure des parois latérales (8) du boîtier de maintien (1), perpendiculaire au plan de la barre de torsion.
- Support de ressort selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que la coquille de coussinet (18) comporte au moins une saillie (20) orientée radialement vers l'extérieur, grâce à laquelle elle est assurée à l'intérieur du boîtier de maintien (1) contre tout risque de déplacement en direction périphérique et longitudinal.
- Support de ressort selon les revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la saillie (20), orientée radialement vers l'extérieur, de la coquille de coussinet (18), est constituée par au moins un bouton disposé au centre par rapport à la longueur et à la section transversale de ladite coquille de coussinet.
- Support de ressort selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la coquille de coussinet (18) disposée dans le boîtier de maintien est assurée contre tout risque de déplacement par plusieurs saillies ou boutons (20) orientés radialement par rapport à sa section transversale.
- Support de ressort selon les revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la coquille de coussinet (18) est constituée d'un dos métallique, plus particulièrement en acier, disposé en porte-à-faux, pourvu d'une couche de matériau synthétique plus particulièrement de téflon, et en ce que les oreilles saillant radialement par rapport à sa section transversale sont constituées par des pattes, découpées en forme de dents dans la matière, déterminant un angle aigu avec son axe longitudinal.
