C-förmige Krümmung auf und ist, wie beispielsweise gemäß der FR-A-2 395 164 über ihren Schaftteil und ferner auch über ihren Stützarm innerhalb einer Langlochausnehmung eines aus einem Blechmaterialzuschnitt gefalteten Haltergehäuses gehalten bzw. abgestützt, derart, daß ihr freier Belastungsarm beim Durchgang der Rastausnehmungen der Türhaltestange durch das Haltergehäuse ausgelenkt wird. Diese Auslenkung des Belastungsarmes der Türhaltestange bewirkt, wie sich in der Praxis herausgestellt hat, auch eine Verdrehung des Schaftteiles der Drehstabfeder gegenüber dem ihn abstützenden Bereichen des Haltegehäuses, woraus eine Geräuschentwicklung innerhalb des Türfeststellers resultiert, die mit zunehmender Betriebsdauer des Türfeststellers und damit mit zunehmender Auslaibung der Abstützung des Schaftteiles der Drehstabfeder größer wird. Man hat versucht diesem Problem der Geräuschentwicklung mittels einer Fettung des Schaftteiles der Türhaltestange beizukommen, jedoch hat sich gezeigt, daß diese Maßnahme nicht ausreichend ist, um eine Geräuschentwicklung innerhalb des Türfeststellers über dessen gesamte Lebensdauer hin zu unterbinden. Weiterhin ist es bei mit einer als Torsionsfeder ausgebildeten Belastungsfeder ausgestatteten, mit einem aus Schanierprofilen gebildeten Türscharnier baulich vereinigten Türfeststellern bekannt, den Schaftteil der Torsionsfeder vermittels einer Lagerschale aus wartungsfreiem Lagermaterial in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung des Scharnierflügelblattes der einen Scharnierhälfte zu lagern, wobei die Festlegung von Schaftteil der Torsionsfeder und Lagerschale mittels den Schaftteil der Torsionsfeder übergreifender Verprägungen des Scharnierflügelblattes erfolgt. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Drehstabfeder hinsichtlich ihres Schaftteiles innerhalb des Haltergehäuses über eine Lagerschale aus selbstragendem und wartungsfreiem Lagermaterial abgestützt ist, wobei die Lagerschale zusätzlich zu mechanisch wirkenden Haltemitteln durch eine vorgewählte Vorspannung zwischen Schaftteil und Stützarm in ihrer Lage innerhalb des Haltergehäuses gehalten ist. Dabei überbrückt die Lagerschale den Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden die Abstützung des Schaftteiles der Drehstabfeder bildenden Seitenwandungen des Haltergehäuses und ist gegen ein Wandern in axialer Richtung zusätzlich durch radial zu ihrem Profilquerschnitt abgestellte, an den Außenflächen der Seitenwandungen des Haltergehäuses anliegende Ohren geschützt. Aus dieser Anordnung und Ausbildung der Lagerschale resultiert eine dauerhafte, über die gesamte Lebensdauer des Türfeststellers hin reichende wartungs- und reibungsfreie Abstützung des Schaftteiles der Torsionsfeder, die ihererseits eine daernde Geräuschfreiheit gewährleistet. An ihrem freien Belastungsarm 14 trägt die Drehstabfeder 11 eine mit dem Rücken 5 der Türhaltestange zusammenwirkende Belastungsrolle 15, welche die Türhaltestange gegen eine um eine feststehende Achse 16 drehbar im Haltergehäuse 1 gelagerte Widerlagerrolle 17 drückt. In den zueinander deckungsgleichen Langlochausnehmungen 10 der beiden Seitenwandungen 8 des Haltergehäuses 1 ist der Schaftteil 12 der Drehstabfeder 11 unter Zwischenschaltung einer im Querschnitt U-förmigen Lagerschale 18 abgestützt. Die Lagerschale 18 ist in ihrer Position wenigstens teilweise durch die aus der vorgegebenen Winkelstellung von Schaftteil 12 und Stützarm 13 der Drehstabfeder 11 resultierende Vorspannung gehalten und besteht aus einem mit einer Teflonbeschichtung versehenen tragenden Metall-, insbesondere Stahlrücken und ist beidendig mit radial zu ihrem Profilquerschnitt abgestellten Ohren 19 versehen, die an den Außenflächen der beiden Seitenwandungen 8 des Haltergehäuses 1 anliegen und so die Lagerschale 18 zusätzlich gegen ein Wandern in axialer Richtung sichern. Claims (6)

  1. A spring bracing arrangement for a motor vehicle door stay in which a rigid door retaining bar (3) pivotally articulated on a part of the door arrangement, door or door column and traversing a supporting housing (1) fixed rigidly on the other part of the door arrangement is biased by a loading roller (15) disposed to rotate freely on the free loading arm (14) of a torsion bar spring (11) disposed in the supporting housing (1) on which it is braced via a bracing arm (13), the torsion bar spring (11) being housed in an elongated hole (10) in the supporting housing (1) which is folded from a sheet metal blank, characterised in that with regard to its stem portion (12), the torsion bar spring (11) is supported within the supporting housing (1) via a bearing shell (18) of self-supporting and maintenance-free bearing material, the bearing shell (18) being maintained in its position within the supporting housing (1) not only by mechanically acting holding means (19) but also by a preselected initial tension between stem portion (12) and bracing arm (13).
  2. A spring bracing arrangement according to Claim 1, characterised in that the bearing shell (18) has a substantially half-round cross-section profile and is braced on the outer surface of those side walls (8) of the supporting housing (1) which extend at right-angles to the plane of the torsion bar spring (11) via lugs (19) set radially in relation to their cross-sectional profile.
  3. A spring bracing arrangement according to Claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the bearing shell (18) has at least one radially outwardly directed projection (20) via which it is securely fixed inside the supporting housing (1) against movement both in a peripheral and in a longitudinal direction.
  4. A spring bracing arrangement according to Claim 1 to 3, characterised in that the radially outwardly directed projection (20) of the bearing shell (18) is formed by at least one nipple disposed centrally on the bearing shell in relation to its longitudinal extension and also in respect of its cross-sectional profile.
  5. A spring bracing arrangement according to Claim 1 to 4, characterised in that the bearing shell (18) is braced on the supporting housing (1), secured against movement by a plurality of radial projections or nipples (20) directed radially in respect of its cross-sectional profile.
  6. A spring bracing arrangement according to Claim 1 to 5, characterised in that the bearing shell (18) consists of a synthetic plastics particularly a teflon coated self-supporting metal rack, particularly of a steel material and in that the lugs positioned radially to their cross-sectional profile are formed by freely projecting lugs formed like barbs at an acute angle to their longitudinal axis.
