Figur 1 zeigt ein Fenster mit einem Rahmen 1, einem Flügel 2 und einem erfindungsgemäßen Lager 3. Die Ausnehmung 15 ist stufig ausgebildet, sodass es einen erweiterten Aufnahmebereich 16 für einen abschließenden pilzkopfartigen Materialfortsatz, wie beispielsweise einen vorgeformten oder einen durch nachträgliches Umformen hergestellten Kopf 20 oder eine Stauchung, und einen definierten Aufnahmebereich für den Fortsatz 14 selbst gibt. Des Weiteren ist zu erkennen, dass die Rasthülse 9 weitestgehend von dem Lagerauge 8 umschlossen wird und lediglich ein Kopfteil der Rasthülse 9 freiliegend bleibt. Des Weiteren sind das erste Ende 23 und das zweite Ende 24 des Lagerauges 8 gezeigt, welche dieses mit der Grundplatte 7 verbinden. Die Außenkontur 22 der Rasthülse 9 ist an diese Form des Lagerauges 8 angepasst, sodass ein ungewolltes verdrehen der Rasthülse 9 ausgeschlossen ist. Weiterhin ist zu erkennen, dass der Kopf der Rasthülse 9 die Innenseite 17 des Lagerauges 8 überlappt und es somit hintergreift. Dies gewährleistet einen zusätzlichen Halt der Rasthülse 9
In Figur 6 ist ein Lagerauge 8 erfindungsgemäßer Ausführung in vergrößerter Seitenansicht zu sehen. Die Fixierung des zweiten Endes 24 des Lagerauges 8 wird in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel mittels eines rechteckigen Kopfes 20, welcher an dem Fortsatz 14 ausgebildet ist, umgesetzt. Dieser hintergreift nach der Umformung des Blechstücks in dem erweiterten Aufnahmebereich 16 der Ausnehmung 15 die Grundplatte 7 und sorgt so für den Verschluss des Lagerauges 8.

In Figur 8 ist die Ausführung, welche die Verbindung mittels hintergreifen herstellt, gezeigt und der rechteckige Kopf 20 des Fortsatzes 14 ist zu erkennen. Dieser ist in den entsprechend geformten erweiterten Aufnahmebereich 16 der Grundplatte 7 eingeführt. Dies ist bei vorgeformtem rechteckigen Kopf 20 durch einschwenken von der Öffnung an der Längsseite der Grundplatte 7 möglich. In Figur 9 ist die Variante mittels Verformung gezeigt. Hierbei wurde ein Niet 21 in einem formangepassten erweiterten Aufnahmebereich 16 angeordnet und bildet nach dem Umformvorgang den dargestellten vollständigen Formschluss zur Verbindung des zweiten Endes 24 des Lagerauges 8 mit der Grundplatte 7. Der erweiterte Aufnahmebereich 16 ist in diesem Fall kreisförmig ausgebildet und so angeordnet, dass eine Kreisöffnung an der Längskante der Grundplatte vorhanden ist, welche bündig mit dem Niet 21 schließt. Claims (9)

  1. A bearing (3) for a wing (2) of a window pivotable against a frame (1) having a frame-side bearing block (6) and having a wing-side fitting part (4), which can be rotated relative to the frame-side bearing block (6) and having a bearing bolt (5), which lies in an axis of rotation of the fitting parts (4, 6), wherein the frame-side bearing block (6) consists of a base plate (7) and at least one bearing eye (8) for receiving the bearing bolt (5), wherein the bearing eye (8) is formed by shaping a lug arranged in one piece on the base plate (7) and the bearing eye (8) has a fixed first end (23) on the base plate (7) and a second end (24) and the bearing eye (8) encloses a latch sleeve (9) for the secure holding of the bearing bolt, wherein the second end (24) of the bearing eye (8) is positively connected to the base plate (7) and has an extension (14), which engages into a recess (15) of the base plate (7) open to the longitudinal side of the bearing block (6), characterized in that the recess (15) is designed in stepped form, with an extended receiving area (16) in the direction of the underside of the base plate (7) facing the frame (1) and that the extension (14) has a widened head (20) on its free end, which can be arranged in the extended receiving area (16) of the recess (15) of the base plate (7) and thus engages the base plate (7) from behind.
  2. The bearing (3) according to claim 1, characterized in that the head (20) is formed in the stepped, extended receiving area (16) of the recess (15) of the base plate (7) by means of shaping.
  3. The bearing (3) according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the extended receiving area (16) is designed as a circle, wherein the center of the extended receiving area (16) is at a distance smaller than its radius from the longitudinal edge of the base plate (7), so that a circular opening is formed on the longitudinal side.
  4. The bearing (3) according to any one claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cross section of the bearing eye (8) has at least one straight line (18) and a radius (19) on the inside (17) and the outer contour (22) of the latch sleeve (9) is adapted to the shape of the bearing eye.
  5. The bearing (3) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the bearing eye (8) largely encloses the latch sleeve (9) and the latch sleeve (9) engages behind the bearing eye (8) at least from one side.
  6. The bearing (3) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that in one design with at least two bearing eyes (8), the base plate (7) has a longitudinally extending oblique edge (10) on a longitudinal side, which extends between the bearing eyes (8) and is arranged on the side of the positive connection.
  7. The bearing (3) according to claim 6, characterized in that a web (6) is arranged on the longitudinal side of the bearing (3) opposite the oblique edge (10), which web extends between the bearing eyes (8) and during the shaping of the bearing eyes (8) is formed in one piece with said bearing eyes.
