Abstract

In order to be able to use a bearing element of an upper pivot bearing for an at least pivotable or for a pivotable and tiltable sash/leaf of a window, of a door or the like, for right-hand attachment and for left-hand attachment of the sash/leaf, the rebate band (3) thereof is mounted, such that it can pivot about a geometrical axis (4), on the vertical retaining arm (5) of the bearing element and, with respect to the latter, can assume two operating positions which are offset through 180@. Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Lagerelement eines oberen Drehlagers mit einem sich quer zur geometrischen Lagerachse erstreckenden, einem oberen Querholm eines wenigstens drehbar an einem festen Rahmen gelagerten Flügels, eines Fenster, einer Tür oder dergleichen zuordnenbaren Arm und mindestens einer Lagerhülse für die Flügeldrehlagerung, wobei sich die wenigstens eine Lagerhülse an einem Falzband oder dergleichen befindet, das an einem in Montagelage vertikalen Haltearm um eine horizontale Achse drehbar gelagert sowie wahlweise in einer von zwei um 180° versetzten Drehlagen arretierbar ist. Solche obere Drehlager sind in Verbindung mit Drehflügeln oder Dreh-Kippflügeln von Fenstern, Türen und dergleichen bekannt. Die Flügel sind dabei entweder links oder rechts angeschlagen. Für die beiden Anschlagarten soll aber ein und dasselbe Drehlager verwendbar sein. Infolgedessen muß dieses obere Drehlager umstellbar sein, damit man es je nach Anschlagart des Flügels einstellen kann, was durch Drehen des Falzbands gegenüber dem vertikalen Haltearm dieses oberen Drehlagers erfolgt. Nach Erreichen der Drehendlage muß letztere entsprechend gesichert werden. Dies erreicht bei einem vorbekannten oberen Drehlager der eingangs beschriebenen Art dadurch, daß das Falzband mittels eines Exzenters gegenüber dem vertikalen Haltearm nach oben hin verschoben wird, wobei ein Verdrehansatz des Falzbands in eine entsprechende Aufnahme des vertikalen Haltearms eingreift. Die Betätigung des Exzenters erfolgt mittels eines geeigneten Werkzeugs, vorzugsweise eines sogenannten Sechskantschlüssels, der in einen Innensechskant des Exzenters eingesteckt wird. Auch bei diesem oberen Drehlager befindet sich das Falzband beim Versand in einer neutralen Dreh-Zwischenlage. Der Fensterbauer muß lediglich noch überprüfen, ob der Flügel rechts oder links angeschlagen werden soll und dementsprechend das Falzband in eine der beiden möglichen Drehendlagen drehen. Ausgehend von der Versand-Neutralstellung reicht hierzu eine etwa 90°-Drehung aus. In der Drehendlage erfolgt ein automatisches Verrasten des Falzbands gegenüber dem vertikalen Haltearm, indem das Verrastglied aufgrund seiner Federbelastung in die dann zugeordnete Rastausnehmung oder dergleichen eintritt. Die Federkraft muß so gewählt werden, daß das Verrastglied bei normaler Betätigung des Flügels nicht wieder austreten kann. Demnach bilden also der Ansatz 22 und die Aufnahme 23 eine Verdrehsicherung für den biegbaren Arm 21 um die Drehachse bzw. den Niet 7. Zugleich wird auch eine Verschwenkführung gebildet. Aus Figur 3 ersieht man, daß sich das Verrastglied 21 unmittelbar an den Ansatz 22 anschließt und beide zusammen einstückig mit dem biegbaren Arm 21 gefertigt sind, wobei als Material vorzugsweise Federstahl in Frage kommt, wie man ihn bei Blattfedern verwendet. Wenn man die drehfeste Verbindung zwischen dem Falzband 3 und dem vertikalen Haltearm 5 lösen möchte, so kann man mit Hilfe eines Werkzeugs, beispielsweise eines Schraubendrehers, im Sinne des Pfeils 24 durch den Durchbruch 16 bzw. 17 hindurch auf das Verrastglied 18 einwirken und dieses so weit zurückschwenken, daß die Verrastung zwischen dem Verrastglied 18 und dem Durchbruch 16 bzw. 17 gelöst ist.
