Claims (9)

  1. Arrêtoir de porte formant une unité de construction avec une charnière de porte pour portes de véhicules automobiles, où une barre d'arrêt assemblée avec l'un des volets de charnière traverse un boîtier de support disposé sur l'autre volet de charnière et logeant des corps de freinage ou de blocage qui coopèrent avec des éléments d'arrêt prévus sur la barre d'arrêt, caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (22) et le volet (4) de la charnière (1) portant le boîtier de support (5) sont disposés parallélement l'un au dessus de l'autre, le volet de charnière (4) étant constitué d'une pièce emboutie en tôle en forme de U dont les branches latérales de profilé (6), (7) sont prolongées vers le haut par rapport à sa base d'appui (8) dans la zone de son extrémité libre afin de former le boîtier de support (5).

  6. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (22) est constituée d'un segment de plat pourvu au moins d'un côté de bosses (21) formant les éléments de freinage ou d'arrêt et en ce que le segment longitudinal de la barre d'arrêt, situé entre l'articulation (23) de celle-ci sur le volet de charnière (2) et le boîtier de support (5), est tordu de 90° sur lui-même.
  7. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le support (24) portant l'articulation (23) de la barre d'arrêt (22) est fabriqué en tant que pièce séparée, fixée ensuite sur le volet de charnière (2) constitué de préférence d'un segment longitudinal de profilé de charnière.
  8. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le support (24) portant l'articulation (23) de la barre d'arrêt (22) est constituée d'une saillie pourvue d'une entaille du segment longitudinal de profilé de charnière constituant le volet de charnière (2).
  9. Arrêtoir de porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de charge (12) est suspendu dans le boîtier de support (5) par des biellettes (20) disposées sur les branches latérales (6), (7) du volet de charnière (4) en forme de U et en ce que le bras de charge (19) du ressort de charge (13) prend appui sur les extrémités libres des biellettes (20) portant le cylindre de charge (12).
