Claims (14)

  1. Arrêtoir de porte pour portes de véhicules automobiles, composé d'un boîtier de maintien (1) disposé sur l'une des parties de porte, savoir la porte elle-même ou le montant de porte, et, d'une barre d'arrêt (2) assemblée avec l'autre partie de porte en étant articulée autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe de la charnière de porte, dans le boîtier de maintien étant logé un levier basculant (4) servant d'élément d'arrêt, qui subit la pression d'un ressort, plus particulièrement d'un ressort spirale (16), qui coopère par l'intermédiaire d'un galet de blocage (5) avec la barre d'arrêt (2), qui est disposé dans le boîtier de maintien (1) en étant mobile autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe de la charnière de porte et qui coopère avec la barre d'arrêt (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un galet de contre-blocage (3) disposé sur ladite barre d'arrêt en étant lui aussi mobile autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe de la charnière de porte, caractérisé par une surface de guidage forcé (23), courbe, ménagée sur le boîtier de maintien (1), faisant face au galet de blocage (5), prolongeant la glissière (10) qui est prévue sur la face extérieure du boîtier de maintien (1), et, coopérant avec le galet de contre-blocage (3) disposé sur l'extrémité libre de la barre d'arrêt (2).
  2. Arrêtoir de porte selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la surface de guidage forcé (23) coopérant avec le galet de contre-blocage (3), présente une forme convexe, puis concave par rapport au galet de blocage (5) du levier basculant (4) de façon à déterminer, dans la zone de blocage de la position d'ouverture de la porte, avec le galet de blocage (5) un angle en aigu (28), (29) dans chacun des sens de mouvement du galet de contre-blocage (3).
  3. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé par une ligne radiale d'effet des forces (31) passant entre le galet de blocage (5) et le galet de contre-blocage (3), à une certaine distance en dessous de l'axe d'articulation (8) du levier basculant (4).

Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la surface de guidage forcé (23) coopérant avec le galet de contre-blocage (3) est ménagée sur une partie (21) du boîtier de maintien (1) s'étendant sous forme d'un crochet au moins partiellement au dessus du galet de blocage (5).
  5. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (2) subit, autour de son axe d'articulation sur la partie de porte, la pression d'un ressort qui l'appuie, pendant tout le trajet d'ouverture de la porte, sur la glissière (10) prévue sur le boîtier de maintien (1).
  6. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la barre d'arrêt (2) qui est constituée d'un étrier de matérau plat, subit la pression d'un ressort à branches (11) dont l'axe est parallèle à l'axe d'articulation de la barre d'arrêt.
  7. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le galet de contre-blocage (3) s'étend approximativement sur toute la largeur du boîtier de maintien (1).
  8. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de maintien (1) est divisé longitudinalement en deux moitiés, constituées de préformés en matériau plat, assemblées par des colliers de fixation (6) et des rivets (7) ainsi que par l'axe d'articulation (8) du levier basculant (4).
  9. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la glissière (10) ménagée sur la face supérieure du boîtier de maintien (1) et coopérant avec le galet de contre-blocage (3) est constituée pour l'essentiel d'une surface fermée.
  10. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la surface de guidage forcé (23) coopérant avec le galet de contre-blocage (3) est constituée par les surfaces frontales des branches de profilé (22), perpendiculaires à la direction de mouvement dudit galet de contre-blocage, d'une partie avant (21) en forme de crochet du boîtier de maintien (1).
  11. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que le ressort spirale (16) coopérant avec le levier basculant (4), s'appuie sur la face inférieure de la glissière (10) coopérant avec le galet de contre-blocage (3).
  12. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 et 11 caractérisé en ce que le levier basculant (4) portant le galet de blocage (5) comporte à son extrémité subissant la pression d'un ressort, une butée (18) qui est au contact de la surface d'appui, respectivement le fond (17) du boîtier de maintien (1) et qui détermine la position du galet de blocage (5) non chargé.
  13. Arrêtoir de porte selon les revendications 1 à 12 caractérisé en ce que l'articulation du galet de blocage (5) sur le levier basculant (4) ne nécessite pas d'entretien grâce à des coussinets en matériau ne nécessitant pas d'entretien.
