Claims (20)

  1. Caisse pour véhicule automobile comprenant essentiellement une ossature (1),capable de supporter plusieurs panneaux de fermeture fixes et mobiles, et un plateau de plancher (2) définissant le plancher (7) de l'intérieur du véhicule automobile, ladite ossature comprenant deux éléments latéraux (3), deux supports avant (4) fixés à l'extrémité avant desdits éléments latéraux et formant avec ceux-ci un angle prédéfini, une traverse avant (5) prévue pour attacher ensemble les extrémités desdits supports, et une traverse arrière (6) prévue pour attacher ensemble les extrémités arrière des dits éléments latéraux, ledit plateau de plancher (2) comportant des moyens d'attache (27,30) pour fixer le plateau de plancher à la surface inférieure de ladite ossature et des moyens d'attache (55,60,69,70) pour fixer plusieurs éléments et assemblages mécaniques audit plateau de plancher (2) afin de constituer un ensemble unique, avant la fixation du plateau de plancher à la dite ossature par lesdits moyens d'attache, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'attache, pour fixer ledit plateau de plancher (2) à ladite ossature (1),comprennent un siège continu (24),prévu sur trois côtés dudit plancher (7) et pouvant s'appliquer contre la surface inférieure (25) desdits éléments latéraux (3) et contre la surface inférieure (26) de ladite traverse arrière (6), et une pluralité de goussets en métal (27) dont chacun s'applique contre la surface inférieure (28) dudit plancher (7) et est fixé par des moyens d'attache filetés (46,49) auxdits éléments latéraux (3) et à ladite traverse arrière (6), une couche d'adhésif élastique (32,33,35) étant placée entre ledit siège continu (24) et lesdites surfaces inférieures (25,26) des éléments latéraux et de la dite traverse arrière, et entre ledit plateau de plancher (2) et lesdits goussets (27).
  2. Caisse suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit ensemble comprend, en plus dudit plateau de plancher, un dispositif de servofrein (13), des pédales (14), un berceau support de direction (15), une boîte de direction (16), deux guides de fixation de siège (17) et un dispositif de frein à main et de levier de changement de vitesse (18).
  3. Caisse suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit plateau de plancher (2) comprend une première paroi (7) prévue pour constituer le plancher dudit intérieur, et une deuxième paroi (8) prévue pour constituer une cloison anti-incendie permettant de séparer ledit intérieur du compartiment moteur, ladite cloison anti-incendie formant un angle prédéfini avec ledit plancher.
  4. Caisse suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'attache permettent de fixer des zones prédéfinies du bord dudit plancher (7) auxdits éléments latéraux (3) et à ladite traverse arrière (6) de l'ossature, et des zones prédéfinies des bords de ladite cloison anti-incendie (8) auxdits supports (4) et à ladite traverse avant (5).
  5. Caisse suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit plateau de plancher est obtenu par formage d'une matière plastique semi-finie, ledit plateau de plancher comprenant plusieurs couches de matière plastique, avec au moins deux couches extérieures (11) de densité et résistance mécanique plus grandes et une couche intermédiaire (12) de plus faible densité.
  6. Caisse suivant une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les bords dudit plancher (7) sont formés de manière à produire un rebord (30) tourné vers la base, et chacun desdits goussets (27) comporte une concavité (31) prévue pour recevoir ledit rebord.
  7. Caisse suivant une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chacun des dits goussets (27) comporte en outre une patte (34) prévue pour s'appliquer contre la surface inférieure (28) dudit plancher.
  8. Caisse suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une couche d'adhésif élastique (33,35) est placée entre ledit rebord (30) et chacune des dites cavités (31) des goussets, et entre ladite surface inférieure (28) dudit plancher et ladite patte (34).
  9. Caissse suivant une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend cinq desdits goussets (27) dont deux sont fixés à chaque élément latéral (3) et un est fixé à ladite traverse arrière (6).
  10. Caisse suivant une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'attache prévus pour fixer le plateau de plancher (2) et l'ossature (1) comprennent en outre une couche d'adhésif (40) placée entre les bords de ladite cloison anti-incendie (8) et les surfaces inférieures desdits supports (4) et de ladite traverse avant (5).
  11. Caisse suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit plancher (7) est profilé de manière à définir un tunnel longitudinal (9) et il comporte une ouverture pour le passage des éléments reliés audit dispositif de levier de changement de vitesse et de frein à main (18).
  12. Caisse suivant la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ledit plancher (7) est en outre profilé de manière à définir une traverse (10) comportant des trous pour lesdits moyens d'attache desdits guides (17) au plateau de plancher.
  13. Caisse suivant une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une traverse en métal (41) ayant une section sensiblement en forme de U, en contact avec ledit plancher (7) du plateau de plancher et prévue pour supporter les guides de siège (42), chaque extrémité de ladite traverse en métal étant fixée à un élément latéral correspondant (3) par des dispositifs d'attache.
  14. Caisse suivant la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que lesdits dispositifs d'attache comprennent un siège (43) formé sur le bord périphérique dudit plancher (7) et prévu pour s'appliquer contre la surface inférieure (44) d'un élément latéral correspondant, au moins un boulon (46) permettant de fixer ledit bord audit élément latéral, et une patte (47) prévue pour s'appliquer contre la surface supérieure (48) de l'élément latéral et pour être fixée, par au moins un autre boulon (49), à ladite extrémité de la traverse, une couche d'adhésif (50) étant interposée entre ledit siège et ladite surface inférieure de l'élément latéral.
  15. Caisse suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'attache prévus pour fixer plusieurs éléments et assemblages mécaniques au plateau de plancher (2) comprennent une plaque en métal (55), fixée sur la surface intérieure (56) de ladite cloison anti-incendie et portant ledit berceau (15) pour supporter la colonne de direction et lesdites pédales (14), plusieurs tiges filetées (16) fixées au carter dudit servofrein (13) et plusieurs trous de réception desdites tiges ménagés dans la cloison anti-incendie (8) et dans la plaque (55), ledit carter de servofrein reposant contre la surface extérieure (62) de la dite cloison anti-incendie et lesdites tiges passant dans lesdits trous et étant fixées au moyen d'écrous (63).
  16. Caisse suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits moyens d'attache de plusieurs éléments et assemblages mécaniques audit plateau de plancher comprend un trou (66) ménagé dans ledit plateau de plancher, une cavité (67) formée sur une surface dudit plateau de plancher coaxialement audit trou, une rondelle métallique (68) en forme de coupelle logée dans ladite cavité et fixée par un écrou (69),et une vis (70) qui passe dans un trou prévu dans une paroi (72) dudit élément ou assemblage mécanique, le dit trou et ladite rondelle,et qui est vissée dans le dit écrou.
  17. Caisse suivant la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que ledit écrou (69) comporte un manchon jouant le rôle d' une pièce d'espacement pouvant s'appliquer contre ladite paroi (72) dudit élément ou assemblage mécanique.
  18. Caisse suivant la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits moyens d'attache comprend une douille (73) insérée dans ledit trou (66) dudit plateau de plancher et comportant une collerette (74) prévue pour s'interposer entre ledit plateau de plancher (2) et ladite paroi (62) dudit élément ou assemblage mécanique.
  19. Caisse suivant la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits moyens d'attache est inséré par pressage simultané ou par collage.
  20. Caisse suivant la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits moyens d'attache est inséré par des moyens automatiques et fixé par un adhésif, polymérisé par une action thermique locale à haute densité d'énergie, par exemple par induction, laser ou faisceau d'électrons.
