Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour faire tourner des récipients (1) de matière textile autour de l'axe longitudinal (11), dispositif dans lequel le récipient (1) de matière textile est déposé sur un plateau tournant (2) équipé d'un entraînement et le plateau tournant (2) constitue un endroit de dépôt et d'appui d'un seul récipient (1) de matière textile, dispositif caractérisé en ce que le plateau tournant (2) s'appuie par son côté inférieur (4) en direction axiale sur des rouleaux de support (5, 6) et peut ainsi se déplacer en direction du support axial ; en ce qu'un guidage radial (7) est associé au plateau tournant (2) et en ce que ce guidage radial détermine le mouvement de rotation du récipient (1) autour de l'axe longitudinal (11) ; en ce qu'un élément (12) de guidage du récipient (1) est disposé sur le côté supérieur (4) du plateau tournant (2) et en ce qu'au moins une partie du fond (10) du récipient (1) de matière textile est réalisée pour faire pendant (14), avec accrochage par complémentarité des formes, à cet élément (12) de guidage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (12) de guidage a la forme d'un tronc de cône et est disposé au centre du fond (13) du récipient et en ce qu'au fond (13) du récipient un anneau d'enveloppe, de forme conique évidée, forme, avec l'élément (12) de guidage ayant des mesures correspondantes, le pendant (14) accroché par complémentarité de formes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des rouleaux (5, 6) de support du plateau tournant (2) est supporté mobile et est équipé de détecteurs (15) de déplacement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessous du plateau tournant (2) est disposé un entraînement (16) par roue à friction, la roue (17) à friction de cet entraînement (16) étant pressée contre la face inférieure (4) du plateau tournant (2) et en ce que la roue (17) à friction peut être déplacée dans le sens d'application de cette pression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (16) par roue à friction est relié à un dispositif (22) destiné à mesurer les mouvements dans la direction d'application de la pression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la roue (17) à friction est disposée à une extrémité d'une bascule (19), l'autre extrémité de la bascule (19) étant reliée à un élément (21) élastique, et en ce que des éléments (22) de mesure de position sont placés dans des zones de la bascule (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des ouvertures (23) sont ménagées au centre du plateau tournant (2) et du fond (13) du récipient (1) et en ce qu'au-dessous de ces ouvertures (23) est disposé sur le plateau tournant (2) un dispositif (24) de mesure de la position de la cuvette de ressort (25) dans le récipient (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (24) de mesure contient un détecteur à ultrasons.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plateau tournant (2) est placé sur un chariot (26) de transport du récipient (1) de matière textile.
