Definitions
- the invention relates to a bulk container made of a woven carrier bag and carrier devices attached thereto, the carrier bag consisting of an electrically conductive fabric made of synthetic fibers or plastic threads, which has electrically non-conductive and electrically conductive threads.
- a bulk container which consists of a woven carrier bag and loops attached to it.
- a fabric is used, in which metal threads are worked into the fabric to dissipate the static charge.
- fabrics from DE-B-1 928 330 which, in order to avoid electrostatic charging, consist of two different fiber materials, one of which passes through an electrically conductive carbon black and is dispersed through the entire fiber the other fiber material is non-conductive, ie free of soot.
- no bulk container is mentioned as a product from the tissue.
- a disadvantage of these fabrics is said to have reduced strength and extensibility because they contain threads in which the carbon black is dispersed throughout the fiber.
- Conductive core-sheath threads are known from DE-A 2 700 436. They consist of a thermoplastic polymer and a finely divided material dispersed therein from the group consisting of colloidal graphite, conductive zinc oxide, copper (I) iodide and colloidal silver. However, these threads are intended for pile fabrics that contain nylon or polyester thread bundles as top yarns, i.e. for typical carpet fabrics.
- a textile fabric is known from DE-U-7 906 321, which has additional yarns which are wound with conductive carbon fibers. These textile fabrics are used for parachutes, balloons, clothing for gliders and hang-gliders.
- a knitted or woven cloth with antistatic properties is known from DE-A-2 528 189, which is used, for example, for filter bags or clothing can be.
- carbon black or an electrolessly applied metal coating is applied to a substrate consisting of a chemical fiber. This type of coating leads to rapidly abrading layers, whereby the conductivity is impaired, so that the risk of sparking and explosion increases greatly in the case of static charging.
- the invention has for its object to provide a bulk container from a woven carrier bag and attached supporting devices, which is highly resilient, which retains its conductivity even after many passes in which free-flowing bulk material is poured into the filling opening, and which in a simple manner can be produced.
- the object is achieved in that the electrically conductive threads consist of a polyolefin, contain carbon black and / or graphite in dispersed form and are woven in both in the warp and in the weft.
- the bulk goods container according to the invention is mechanically extremely resilient and permanently and reliably discharges static electricity.
- the modulus of elasticity ⁇ of the electrically conductive threads is smaller than that of the rest of the thread material woven in warp and weft. This prevents the electrically conductive threads from tearing when the fabric is subjected to high mechanical stress.
- the conductive threads are advantageously made of polypropylene. This material largely corresponds in terms of its usage and especially its stretching behavior to that of the manufacture of high strength fabrics used plastic threads.
- the conductive threads are woven into the base fabric in the warp as well as in the weft direction. By weaving in the warp and weft directions and crossing the warp and weft threads, the base fabric is pulled through to a rectangular grid of electrically conductive threads, through which, with appropriate grounding, the static electricity generated when the bulk goods container is used is permanently dissipated. By weaving in the electrically conductive threads (with a measuring arrangement according to DIN 53 482) z. B. a discharge resistance of 107 - 108 ohms reached.
- the electrically conductive threads are preferably monofilaments, but fibers, threads or multifilaments of a conductive polypropylene can also be used.
- the use of electrically conductive threads with a titer of 1000-1500 dtex is preferred.
- a compaction of the grid of electrically conductive threads is provided for the accumulation of crossing points of the warp and weft threads.
- wrist straps or the like these are at least partially advantageously made of conductive material.
- the carrier bag of the bulk goods container is provided with an inner bag.
- this is made of a fabric that, by weaving in electrically conductive threads in the warp and weft directions, achieves a discharge resistance of around 107 ohms and is therefore able to discharge electrical charges via appropriate earthing and is harmless do.
- an additional inner bag made of polyethylene is also useful for special applications. This is then made of a conductive polyethylene into which carbon black or graphite is dispersed.
- a further increase in conductivity and thus safety can be achieved by making the connecting material such as sewing thread or the like, which connects the individual parts of a bulk goods container, conductive.
- This inner sack is currently preferably made from a composite aluminum foil.
- the inner bag can be produced according to the invention from an aluminum composite film, with a conductive surface also being provided on the inside and / or outside.
- Such a film can also be used as a so-called intermediate bag.
- the outer sack is made of conductive plastic fabric
- the inner sack is made of conductive polyethylene and there is an aluminum composite film in between as a vapor barrier.
- other intermediate materials e.g. B. cardboard or wood.
- a synthetic fiber fabric is schematically shown, in which electrically conductive threads 2 are preferably woven from polypropylene at intervals of 10 cm or less.
- electrically conductive threads 2 are preferably woven from polypropylene at intervals of 10 cm or less.
- the use of the electrically conductive threads in the warp (3) and as a weft (4) ensures that the synthetic fiber fabric is interspersed with a grid of electrically conductive threads 2. In this way, an excellent dissipation capacity of the tissue for the discharge of static electricity is achieved.
- FIG. 2 shows a bulk goods container 1 which consists of a carrying bag 5 with a carrying strap designed as transport loops 7, 7 ' consists.
- the carrying bag 5 has a filler neck 8 in its lid area 10 and an outlet neck 9 in its bottom area 11.
- the carrier bag 5 is made of a high-strength synthetic fiber fabric, in which electrically conductive threads 2 are woven in the warp and weft directions. These electrically conductive warp 3 and weft threads 4 consist of electrically weakly conductive polyolefins, preferably of polypropylene.
- the synthetic fiber fabric is interspersed with a grid of intersecting, electrically conductive threads, via which, with appropriate grounding, the static electricity generated when using the bulk material containers, primarily when filling or emptying, can be derived.
- this grid of electrically conductive threads 2 the distance between the individual threads is preferably less than 10 cm, but it can be varied depending on the required conductivity.
- the body tissue is coated with a conductive film, which also has a transverse surface resistance or discharge resistance of 107 and 108.
- the thickness of the coating is irrelevant.
- the FIBC is made from the conductive body tissue described with an inner bag made of film, which achieves similarly good surface resistance values and dissipation resistance of 107 and 108.
- the possibility of using a multilayer sack is not shown, in which the outer sack consists of conductive fabric and the inner sack consists of conductive or non-electrically chargeable polyethylene. It is also possible to produce the outer bag from conductive fabric with a conductive coating on the inside and / or outside. Finally, it is also possible to use a conductive intermediate bag, e.g. B. made of aluminum foil, between the outer and inner bag.
- the above-described inner sack made of film can be a normal tube, but it can also have the shape of the outer container due to special assembly, with any filler and outlet spout incorporated. If used, the outer and inner bags must be grounded when filling and emptying.

Description
- Fig. 1
- die Gewebestruktur für einen Schüttgutbehälter,
