Abstract

一种防静电型导电集装袋，包括袋体和吊带（3），其特征是所述袋体和吊带（3）内设有导电丝。所述袋体包括袋身（1）、袋盖（2）、进料口（5）、袋底（7）和出料口（9），袋盖（2）和袋底（7）分别设置在袋身（1）上部和下部，袋盖（2）上设有进料口（5），袋底（7）下方设有出料口（9）。本发明的防静电型导电集装通过袋体布料和吊带中导电丝接地起导电作用，是为敏感易燃环境而设计，可以有效的释放货物装货和卸货过程中因为摩擦产生的静电，避免因为静电而可能产生的爆炸和燃烧。

防静电型导电集装袋
技术领域
本发明涉及一种集装袋，具体涉及一种主要用于化工、医药等行业危险物品的包装的防静电型导电集装袋。
 
背景技术
集装袋又称柔性集装袋、吨装袋、太空袋等，是集装单元器具的一种，配以起重机或叉车 ，就可以实现集装单元化运输，它适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料。集装袋是一种柔性运输包装容器，广泛用于食品、粮谷、医药、化工、矿产品等粉状、颗粒、块状物品的运输包装，发达的国家普遍使用集装袋做为运输、仓储的包装产品。
集装袋在我国的使用范围正在扩大，因此，集装袋产品的市场需求潜力很大，发展前景非常广阔。
现有的集装袋袋体由内、外二层组成，内袋为聚乙烯膜，外袋为复膜塑编，这种集装不具有导电性能，在运输过程中极易因摩擦产生静电，容易引起爆炸和燃烧，不适用于敏感依然环境。
 
发明内容
[0005] 本发明要解决的技术方案是提供一种具有导电特性，能有效防止静电产生的防静电型导电集装袋。
    本发明的技术方案是：
    一种防静电型导电集装袋，包括袋体和吊带，所述袋体和吊带内设有导电丝。 
所述袋体包括袋身、袋盖、进料口、袋底和出料口，袋盖和袋底分别设置在袋身上部和下部，袋盖上设有进料口，袋底下方设有出料口。
所述进料口上设有进料口扎扣带。
所述出料口上设有收口绳和出料口扎扣带。
所述出料口内设有内盖。
所述吊带缝合在袋体上，吊带上端为吊带挂耳。
    本发明的有益效果是：
 本发明的防静电型导电集装袋通过袋体布料和吊带中导电丝接地起导电作用，是为敏感易燃环境而设计，可以有效的释放货物装货和卸货过程中因为摩擦产生的静电，避免因为静电而可能产生的爆炸和燃烧。
 本发明的防静电型导电集装袋有较好的密封性，较高的强度和较低的成本，与传统的包装相比，降低了运输成本，粉末的损失极少，经济效益大大提高。

具体实施方式
 下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述：
    如图1至图2，一种防静电型导电集装袋，包括袋体和吊带3，其特征是所述袋体和吊带3内设有导电丝。袋体包括袋身1、袋盖2、进料口5、袋底7和出料口9，袋盖2和袋底7分别设置在袋身1上部和下部，袋盖2上设有进料口5，袋底7下方设有出料口9。袋身1、袋盖2、进料口5、袋底7和出料口9的布料内均设有导电丝，可使用同一种具有导电丝的布料制成。进料口5上设有进料口扎扣带6。出料口9上设有收口绳10和出料口扎扣带11。出料口9内设有内盖8。吊带3缝合在袋体上，吊带3上端为吊带挂耳4，吊带挂耳4与吊带3为一整体，通过弯折吊带3上部并缝合形成吊带挂耳4。

1.一种防静电型导电集装袋，包括袋体和吊带（3），其特征是所述袋体和吊带（3）内设有导电丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电型导电集装袋，其特征在于所述袋体包括袋身（1）、袋盖（2）、进料口（5）、袋底（7）和出料口（9），袋盖（2）和袋底（7）分别设置在袋身（1）上部和下部，袋盖（2）上设有进料口（5），袋底（7）下方设有出料口（9）。
3.根据权利要2所述的防静电型导电集装袋，其特征在于所述进料口（5）上设有进料口扎扣带（6）。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防静电型导电集装袋，其特征在于所述出料口（9）上设有收口绳（10）和出料口扎扣带（11）。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防静电型导电集装袋，其特征在于所述出料口（9）内设有内盖（8）。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防静电型导电集装袋，其特征在于所述吊带（3）缝合在袋体上，吊带（3）上端为吊带挂耳（4）。
