Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lifting and transport device for the sick or disabled according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Simple lifting devices are already known, through which bedridden patients e.g. can be placed in a bathtub.
  • the known devices are relatively uncomfortable to use on the one hand and not portable on the other.
  • a second person is often necessary to ensure adequate patient care.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a lifting and transport device for the sick and disabled, which can be used very universally, only one person being required to care for the sick or disabled if necessary, in particular with a transport option being provided at the same time .
  • this object is achieved in that the base part (1) can be moved by a motor drive (4), in that the base part (1) is provided with extendable or pivotable supports (29) and in that the various movements of the base part (1) are carried out.
  • Crane arm (9, 14), support device (17), supports (29) and the like, a remote control device (28) is provided.
  • the lifting and transport device according to the invention can be used very universally, only one person being required to operate it if necessary. In this way, the patient can not only be lifted by the carrying device, but can also be moved laterally by the crane arm. If the movability of the base part is also used, the raised patient can be transported even over longer distances.
  • the crane arm and the support device can be adjusted and moved by hydraulic devices.
  • the device according to the invention is independent of an external energy supply, which makes it very universally applicable. If necessary, it is only necessary to provide a battery or rechargeable battery for the electrically or electronically operated parts or other electrical additional devices, which can be charged in a simple manner when the device is not in use. In general you will arrange the battery in the base part.
  • the base part can be moved by a motor drive, the work for the caregiver is made even easier, because in this way the transport can take place automatically.
  • the movable base part can therefore perform cornering.
  • a friction wheel drive is arranged in the base part.
  • other drive and control options are also conceivable within the scope of the invention.
  • the base part is provided with extendable or extendable hydraulic supports.
  • a simple connection and pivotability of the crane arm to the base part is provided if it is provided that the crane arm is articulated on a plate rotatable about a vertical axis and arranged on the base part.
  • a single-arm cantilever arm will be sufficient. So that in addition to the pivotability about a vertical axis and the necessary height adjustability is provided, it can be provided that in addition to the crane arm, a hydraulic cylinder is articulated on the plate, while the front end of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder engages the crane arm.
  • the crane arm By appropriately extending and retracting the piston the crane arm can be adjusted in height by changing its inclined position relative to the vertical axis if it is articulated on the plate with an inclined axis to the vertical.
  • the crane arm has a front lifting arm which is angled in the horizontal direction, on which a hydraulic cylinder running parallel to the lifting arm is arranged, on the piston of which a suspension device for the carrying device is attached.
  • the hydraulic cylinder with its piston also enables horizontal compensatory movements for precise positioning of the carrying device.
  • the support device can also be positioned exactly in relation to the patient to be lifted by means of a rotating member which is connected to the suspension device or forms part of it, so that it can rotate about a vertical axis.
  • a simple embodiment of the support device can consist in that it has two gripping arms, each of which is provided with rails, the lower of which Protruding ends from support parts with at least approximately horizontal axes protrude inwards.
  • the carrying device By a joint actuation of the two gripping arms, the carrying device can be opened and closed in a simple manner, whereby the person to be lifted can be encompassed with two side buckets similar to the kinematics of an excavator.
  • the rails are arranged on each side on a common horizontal support on which a hydraulic adjusting device engages for an opening and closing movement of the two gripping arms.
  • a central unit is created by the two side supports, on which the hydraulic adjustment device can engage.
  • rails can be arranged on the carrier in a desired order and a desired distance depending on the application.
  • the rails are adjustably connected to the carrier on a horizontal axis.
  • the rails can be optimally adapted to the person to be lifted, because lateral movements are possible in this way, and the support parts of the rails can, depending on the size of the patient, be exactly e.g. under the knee, under the buttocks and for example on the neck.
  • the rails are adjustable in length.
  • the adjustability to the patient is further improved by the length adjustability.
  • a simple possibility for a length adjustability can consist in that the rails are formed in two parts with an upper part which is articulated to the carrier and a lower part from which the support parts branch off.
  • the hydraulic adjustment device is detachably connected to the carriers.
  • the lifting and transport device for the sick or physically handicapped which also includes patients with accident injuries, has a base part 1, which essentially represents a mobile housing which can be rotated about a vertical axis with two larger driven wheels 2 and one or two smaller front wheels Guide wheels 3 is provided.
  • the two rear wheels 2 can each be driven independently of one another by a motor 4 via a V-belt and a V-belt pulley 6 connected to the wheel 2.
  • a rotary plate 7 is arranged on the upper side of the base part 1 and can be rotated about a vertical axis by a motor, for example via a hydraulic drive.
  • a motor for example via a hydraulic drive.
  • a hydraulic piston 11 is also fastened to the turntable 7 via a further joint 10.
  • the end of the associated hydraulic piston 12 protruding from the hydraulic cylinder 11 is supported on a bracket 13 of the crane arm 9.
  • the crane arm 9 Above the console 13, the crane arm 9 is provided with a lifting part 14 which is angled in the horizontal direction.
  • a further hydraulic cylinder 15 is arranged on the angled lifting part 14 of the crane arm 9, the hydraulic piston 16 of which protrudes forward.
  • the angled lifting part 14 of the crane arm 9 and thus also the hydraulic piston 16 will extend at least approximately in the horizontal direction.
  • the crane arm 9 can be pivoted in the direction of the arrow about the joint 8 in accordance with the possibility of displacement of the hydraulic piston 12 in the direction of the arrow.
  • a support device 17, which is connected via a suspension device 18 to the front end of the Hydraulic piston 16 and is connected via a push rod 19 to the angled lifting part 14 of the crane arm 9, can be positioned horizontally and vertically.
  • the suspension device 18 is provided with a rotary member 20 which can be rotated about a vertical axis and which can be rotated hydraulically, for example.
  • a carrier 22 is laterally connected to the rotary member 20 via a linkage 21.
  • the articulated connection can also be fixed in a desired position by a clamping device (not shown) if required.
  • clamping screws can be used.
  • the rails 23 are each formed in two parts, namely they each consist of an upper part 23 and a length-adjustable lower part 230.
  • the length can be adjusted, for example, by an elongated hole 24, which is arranged, for example, in the upper part of the rail 23 and via a threaded pin 25 which is fastened in each case in the lower part 230 of the rail 23 and by a clamping screw after a corresponding positioning in the elongated hole 24 is clamped.
  • an elongated hole 24 which is arranged, for example, in the upper part of the rail 23 and via a threaded pin 25 which is fastened in each case in the lower part 230 of the rail 23 and by a clamping screw after a corresponding positioning in the elongated hole 24 is clamped.
  • Horizontal support parts 26 each extend inward from the lower parts 230 of the rails 23, which are formed in a simple manner by a corresponding deflection of the lower parts 230 of the rails and are therefore integral with the rails.
  • Each rail 26 can be provided with a support pad 27 if necessary.
  • the two carriers 22 run linearly and in the basic position in the horizontal direction, with the corresponding length of the rails 23 also the resulting bearing surface for a person to be lifted and transported on the bearing parts 26 runs essentially horizontally.
  • FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of a carrying device 17 which is suitable for a seated or half-seated position of a person to be lifted.
  • the support device is constructed in the same way as the support device 3.
  • the essential difference is only that the carrier 22A is now angled against the horizontal direction. With a corresponding arrangement of the rails 23 essentially vertically to the longitudinal direction of the two parts of the brackets 22A, this also results in a support surface for the person to be lifted which is bent upwards relative to the horizontal and thus a seated or semi-seated lifting and transport position.
  • four spaced-apart rails will be sufficient, the two outer rails being used as support for the head or neck and the knee region and the two inner rails for the buttock region of the person to be lifted.
  • a remote control device 28 which is arranged, for example, in the base part 1.
  • Such remote control devices with a receiving and a control part are generally known, which is why they are no longer described below.
  • the remote control can for example via radio, infrared, ultrasound or the like. respectively.
  • the base part 1 can also be provided with a corresponding control panel for direct manual operation.
  • the lifting and transport device works in the following way:
  • the base part 1 is moved as far as possible by appropriate control of the two drive motors 4 to the desired location, for example a bed with a person lying in it.
  • the hydraulic supports 29 are then extended so that the base part 1 is positioned and secured.
  • horizontal and vertical adjustment settings of the carrying device 17 are still possible.
  • a final fine adjustment can also be made by a corresponding adjustment of the hydraulic piston 16.
  • the support device 17 with the two supports 22 can be positioned above or to the side of the person to be lifted such that the supports 22 run parallel to the longitudinal direction of the person lying down.
  • the mode of operation of the linkage 21 corresponds, for example, to the mode of operation of an excavator with two buckets and is generally known, which is why it will not be discussed in more detail below.
  • the person gripped by the carrying device 17 can then be lifted by a corresponding lifting movement of the crane arm 9 by extending the hydraulic piston 12.
  • the lifted person can then be pivoted as desired in the horizontal direction, with actuation of the rotary member 20 also making changes in position with respect to the longitudinal direction of the person possible, e.g. properly put on another bed that is angled to the first bed.
  • the hydraulic piston 12 i.e. retracting into the hydraulic cylinder 11
  • the person can then be placed at the desired location.
  • the support device 17 is then opened again by moving the support parts 26 apart.
  • the equipment required for the hydraulic motors e.g. a hydraulic pump, can be arranged in the base part 1, with correspondingly extending hydraulic lines in the interior of the crane arm 9 and its angled lifting part 14 serving to supply energy to the hydraulic piston 16 of the rotary member 18 and the adjusting device 21.
  • a battery or rechargeable battery 30 for energy supply can be arranged in the base part 1 for the electrical or electronic control and activation of the driven parts.
