Abstract

Festhaltevorrichtung mit einem Schaumstoffblock 1, welcher Einschnitte aufweist und einen Rahmen 2. Durch seine Flexibilität ist der Schaumstoff in der Lage verschiedene Gegenstände, wie Werkzeuge, Geräte und andere Utensilien aufzunehmen und diese dank der Adhäsion griffbereit festzuhalten. Zudem können darin Kabel verschlauft werden. Sie kann auch als Verkaufshilfe (Display) oder/und als Transporthalterung dienen. Sie ist einfach zu montieren, da sie eine selbstklebende Montagefläche haben kann oder durch eine Halterung aus Metall, Holz, Kunststoff oder einem anderen Material verstärkt sein kann, welche sowohl aufgeklebt oder festgeschraubt werden kann.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Festhaltevorrichtung zum Einstecken und Festhalten von vorzugsweise länglichen Gegenständen unterschiedlicher Dicke wie beispielsweise Werkzeuge, wie Schraubenzieher, Messer, Scheren, Pinsel, Schreibzeug, Laborgeräte, Büromaterial, verschiedene andere Produkte, Geräte, Zahnbürsten, Büromaterial, Haushaltartikel, aber auch Kabel usw. in vertikal stehender bzw. hängender Anordnung. Die Festhaltevorrichtung kann auch als Verkaufshilfe (Display) oder/und Transporthalterung für verschiedene Produkte dienen.
  • Es sind viele verschiedene Halter zum Festhalten von Geräten, Stempeln usw. bekannt, welche aus Metall, Holz, Kunststoffen oder anderen Materialien gefertigt sind. Diese sind meistens nicht sehr universell einsetzbar und können demnach nur für eine relativ beschränkte Anzahl verschiedenartiger Geräte eingesetzt werden.
  • Es sind auch Halterungen bekannt, welche magnetisiert sind und welche nur Metallgeräte festhalten können.
  • Es sind auch Halterungen bekannt, welche aus einem Gummigitter bestehen, in welche zum Beispiel Gartenwerkzeuge mit einem Stiel hineingesteckt werden können und welche dann durch die Gumminocken festgeklemmt werden. Auch diese Haltevorrichtung ist mehr für grössere Gegenstände, wie Gartenwerkzeuge geeignet und hat mit der hier vorliegenden Erfindung keine Aehnlichkeit.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Festhaltevorrichtung vorzuschlagen, die bei einfachster Herstellung ein Maximum an Flexibilität bezüglich der festzuhaltenden Gegenstände besitzt.
  • Erfindungsgemäss wird dies erreicht durch eine Festhaltevorrichtung der eingangs erwähnten Art, die sich durch die in den Ansprüchen angegebenen Merkmale auszeichnet. Die eingesteckten Gegenstände werden griffbereit festgehalten. Die natürliche Elastizität des Schaumes ermöglicht, dass er sich gut an verschiedene Grössen und Dicken von Geräten und Gegenständen anpasst. Die natürliche Adhäsion des Schaumstoffs ermöglicht, dass diese Geräte und Gegenstände gut festgehalten werden. Der mit Schlitzen oder Einschnitten oder Löchern versehene Schaum kann so relativ viele unterschiedliche Gegenstände und Geräte aufnehmen und hilft dadurch Ordnung und Uebersicht schaffen. Die Festhaltevorrichtung kann sowohl aus Polyurethanschaum, PVC-Schaum, Polyäthylenschaum oder Schaumgummi bestehen.
  • Der Schaumstoffblock kann auch mit einer selbstklebenden Fläche und/oder mit einer Metall-, Holz- oder Kunststoffhalterung versehen sein.
  • Der Schaumstoffblock kann viele verschiedene Formen, Grössen und Dicken aufweisen, doch vorzugsweise ist er rechteckig, abgerundet, halbrund, rund oder dreieckig. Er kann aber auch die Form von Tieren und anderen Sujets haben.
  • Er kann sowohl Schlitze, Einschnitte oder/und Löcher, Einbuchtungen usw., aufweisen, so dass er sehr verschiedene Gegenstände, Werkzeuge, Kabel, Schreibzeuge usw. aufnehmen und festhalten kann.
  • Der Schaumblock kann auch thermogeprägt sein oder mit einer Beschichtungsmasse oder mit Farbe bespritzt oder beflockt sein, damit er attraktiver aussieht.
  • Im folgenden sind anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung beschrieben. Es zeigen

    • Fig. 6 eine weitere alternative Ausführungsform.
  • Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigte Festhaltevorrichtung besteht aus einem Schaumstoffblock 1 und einem Rahmen 2, der den Block 1 teilweise umfasst und als Halterung zur Befestigung der Vorrichtung an einer Wand etc. dient. Der Schaumstoffblock 1 hat im vorliegenden Beispiel eine Quaderform. Von der vorderen Seitenfläche 3 her ist der Block 1 in gleichmässigen Abständen im Wesentlichen parallel eingeschnitten, wobei die Einschnitte 4 über die Mitte des Blocks hinaus geführt sind aber nur soweit, dass noch ein zusammenhängender Rücken 5 bestehen bleibt.
  • Die Einschnitte 4 können wahlweise auch in unregelmässigen Abständen oder schräg zur vorderen Seitenfläche geführt sein. Auch die Stärke des verbleibenden Rückens ist nicht kritisch und kann variiert werden.
  • Der Rahmen 2 umfasst im wesentlichen den Rücken 5 des Blocks 1 und weist entlang seinen Längsseiten flache Verbreiterungen 6 mit Bohrungen 7 zur Befestigung der Vorrichtung an einer Wand etc. auf. Diese flanschartigen Verbreiterungen können alternativ oder zusätzlich auch an den Querseiten des Rahmens 2 vorgesehen werden.
  • An bestimmten, den Positionen einzelner Einschnitte entsprechenden Stellen weist der Rahmen Verbindungsstege 8 zwischen den Vorderkanten seiner Längsseiten auf. Beim Zusammensetzen von Schaumstoffblock 1 und Rahmen 2 zur gesamten Vorrichtung wird der Block 1 von hinten in den Rahmen 2 geschoben derart, dass die Stege 8 in die entsprechenden Einschnitte gelangen. Im zusammengesetzten Zustand verhindern die Stege, dass der Block 1 nach vorne aus dem Rahmen herausgezogen werden kann.
  • Der Schaumstoffblock 1 besteht beim vorliegenden Beispiel aus Polyurethanschaum, der Rahmen aus PVC.
  • Die in Fig. 3 gezeigte Ausführungsform unterscheidet sich von der vorstehend beschriebenen durch eine andere Form des Rahmens 9. Der Schaumstoffblock 1 ist mit dem gemäss Fig. 1 bzw. 2 identisch. Der Rahmen 9 besteht aus einer der Rückseite des Blocks 1 entsprechenden Platte 10 mit längsseitigen doppelt abgekanteten Aufbiegungen 11, die den Rücken 5 des Schaumstoffblocks 1 entlang dessen beiden Längskanten umfassen. Die Aufbiegungen 11 sind so geformt, dass der Rücken 5 gequetscht wird und der Block 1 auf diese Weise im Rahmen festgehalten wird. Der Rücken des Rahmens 9 ist mit einer Klebschicht 18 zur Verbindung mit einer Trägerwand versehen.
  • In Fig. 4 ist die Festhaltevorrichtung nach Fig. 1 gezeigt, wobei eine Anzahl verschiedenartiger Werkzeuge 12 eingesteckt und gehalten ist.
  • Die in Fig. 5 gezeigte alternative Ausführungsform besteht wieder aus dem Schaumstoffblock 1 und einem Rahmen 13, der zusätzlich zum Rücken des Blocks 1 noch dessen Stirnseiten umfasst. Zu diesem Zweck weist der Rahmen 13 den Stirnflächen des Blocks 1 entsprechende, zur Rückseite senkrecht stehende Platten 14 auf, die mit wiederum senkrecht dazu verlaufenden Verlängerungen 15 versehen sind, die sich noch auf einem Teil der Vorder-, Ober- und Unterseite des Blocks 1 erstrecken. Bei dieser Ausführungsform wird durch die Platten 14 ein seitliches Ausweichen des Schaumstoffes, das bei den bisher beschriebenen Formen durch die grössere Dimension der Endstücke bewirkt wird, noch wirksamer verhindert.
  • Die in Fig. 6 gezeigte Ausführungsform weist im Unterschied zu den bisher beschriebenen einen Kreissegmentförmigen Schaumstoffblock 16 auf, bei dem die Einschnitte 17 in radialer Richtung geführt sind. Diese Ausführungsform ist nur ein Beispiel dafür, dass die Vorrichtung und insbesondere der Schaumstoffblock eine Vielzahl verschiedener Formen annehmen kann, ohne den Grundgedanken der Erfindung zu verlassen. In diesem Fallkann die Verbindung des Blockes mit dem Halterrahmen 19 mittels Klebung erfolgen.

Claims (6)

1. Festhaltevorrichtung zum Einstecken und Festhalten vorzugsweise länglicher Gegenstände in vertikal stehender bzw. hängender Anordnung, gekennzeichnet durch
- einen Schaumstoffblock 1 mit einer Vielzahl von Einschnitten 4, die von einer Seitenfläche 3 her quer zur Längsausdehnung des Blocks 1 bis über seine Mitte hinausgeführt wird derart, dass ein weiniger als die Hälfte des Blocks umfassender, zusammenhängender Rücken 5 bestehen bleibt und
- einen im wesentlichen den Rücken umfassenden Befestigungsrahmen 2.
2. Festhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaumstoffblock 1 quaderförmig ist.
3. Festhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen 2 Verbindungsstege 8 zwischen seinen Längsseiten aufweist, die in einigen der Einschnitte 4 verlaufen.
4. Festhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen 2 entlang den Längsseiten des Schaumstoffblocks nach innen gerichtete Vorsprünge 11 aufweist, die den Rücken des Schaumstoffblocks 1 durch Zusammenpressen festhalten.
5. Festhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaumstoffblock 1 aus Polyurethanschaum, PVC-Schaum, Polyäthylenschaum oder Schaumgummi besteht.
6. Festhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rücken des Schaumstoffblocks (und/oder der Rücken des Befestigungsrahmesn) mit einer selbstklebenden Montagefläche versehen ist.
