Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung, insbesondere zum Auslassen von Zuluft in einen Raum, mit einem Grundkörper, an dem einerseits eine Drallscheibe festliegt und der andererseits über einen Stutzen an einen Zuluftführungskanal od. dgl. anschließt.
- Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist beispielsweise als Deckendrallauslaß bekannt. Hierbei trifft Zuluft, welche über entsprechende Leitungssysteme herbeigeführt wird, von innen her auf eine Drallscheibe, die von Drallauslässen durchsetzt ist. Diese Drallauslässe können beispielsweise ringförmig angeordnet sein und durch Stanzung hergestellt werden. Wandteile zwischen zwei Stanzungen werden im Verhältnis zur Ebene der Drallscheibe schräggestellt, so daß die austretende Luft auch einen entsprechenden Drall erhält.
- Hierdurch wird die Luftführung in einen Raum hinein wesentlich verbessert.
- Allerdings sind diese bekannten Deckendrallauslässe relativ laut und weisen gewisse Nachteile bezüglich der Verteilung der Zuluft zur Drallscheibe vor dem Austreten auf.
- Der Erfinder hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, eine Vorrichtung der oben genannten Art zu verbessern, bei welcher die Zuluft leiser in den Raum ausgebracht und bei der auch die Verteilung der Zuluft verbessert wird.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe führt, daß dem Stutzen eine Lochscheibe zugeordnet ist.
- Bevorzugt ist diese Lochscheibe von feinstrahligen Löchern durchsetzt, wodurch entsprechend dem Ergebnis von angestellten Laborversuchen eine wesentlich exaktere Druckerhöhung ermöglicht wird, so daß die Verteilung in den Stufen innerhalb der Vorrichtung vergleichmäßigt ist. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß die Zuordnung der Feinstrahllochscheibe zu der Drallscheibe innerhalb des Stutzens eine zugfreie und problemfreie Zuluftführung in der Lufttechnik gewährleistet.
- Bevorzugt soll die Lochscheibe die lichte Weite des Stutzens abdecken. Dabei liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß die Lochscheibe sowohl auf den Stutzen aufgesetzt, wie auch in den Stutzen eingesetzt sein kann. Eine bessere Halterung der Lochscheibe gewährleistet allerding die Anordnung eines nach innen gerichteten Ringkragens an dem Stutzen, an dem dann die Lochscheibe vom Inneren des Grundkörpers her oder von außen anschlagen kann.
- Die Befestigung der Lochscheibe an diesem Ringkragen geschieht beispielsweise über Punktschweißung, Nieten od. dgl. Befestigungsarten bzw. -elemente.
- Die Anordnung der Lochscheibe ermöglicht auch eine einfachere Halterung der Drallscheibe. Hierzu genügt es, wenn etwa mittig die Drallscheibe von einer Schraube durchsetzt wird, deren Gewindeschaft die Lochscheibe durchgreift. In einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung könnte beispielsweise auch die gesonderte Festlegung der Lochscheibe an dem Ringkragen entfallen, indem die Lochscheibe von außen her an den Ringkragen anschlägt und die Schraube so als Zugschraube zwischen Lochscheibe und Drallscheibe wirkt. Zur Zentrierung der Lochscheibe genügt dann beispielsweise ein Randwall im Übergangsbereich zwischen Ringkragen und Stutzen. Hierzu braucht der Ringkragen lediglich ein geringes Stück in den Stutzen eingezogen zu werden.
- Dieser erfindungsgemäße Stufenauslaß kann in verschiedensten Durchmessern je nach Wunsch bzw. erforderlicher Luftmenge angefertigt werden. Seine Herstellung ist einfach, er bietet aber gegenüber den bekannten Deckendrallauslässen enorme Funktionsvorteile.
- Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels sowie anhand der Zeichnung; diese zeigt in
- Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen erfindungsgemäßen Stufenauslaß;
- Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch den Stufenauslaß gemäß Figur 1 entlang Linie II-II.
- Gemäß Figur 2 besitzt ein erfindungsgemäßer Stufenauslaß R einen stufenförmig ausgebildeten Grundkörper 1. Dieser Grundkörper 1 besitzt einen Stutzen 2, an den sich einends ein nach innen gerichteter Ringkragen 3 anschließt. Dieser Ringkragen 3 umfängt eine Einlaßöffnung 4 für eine beispielsweise in einen Raum einzubringende Zuluft. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Einlaßöffnung 4 von einer Lochscheibe 5 überdeckt, welche eine Vielzahl von feinstrahligen Löchern besitzt.
- Andererseits ist dem Stutzen 2 ein stufenförmiger Schulterabsatz 7 angeformt, der in einen Anlagering 8 ausmündet. An diesen Anlagering 8 schlägt eine Drallscheibe 9 an. Dabei umgreift die Drallscheibe 9 den Anlagering 8 mit einer Seitenwand 10.
- Die Drallscheibe 9 besitzt ringförmig angeordnete Auslaßschlitze 11, wie dies insbesondere in Figur 1 besser erkennbar ist. Diese Auslaßschlitze 11 sind durch Stanzung hergestellt, wobei Wandteile 12 zwischen zwei Auslaßschlitzen zumindest teilweise zum Inneren I des Grundkörpers 1 hin eingedreht bzw. schräggestellt sind.
- Während die Lochscheibe 5 durch Punktschweißung, Punktlötung oder durch entsprechende Nieten mit dem Ringkragen 3 fest verbunden ist, erfolgt eine Festlegung der Drallscheibe 9 an dem Grundkörper 1 über eine Schraube 13, welche mit einem Schraubenkopf 14 von außen an die Drallscheibe 9 anschlägt und mit einem Gewindeschaft 15 teilweise die Lochscheibe 5 durchsetzt.

daß dem Stutzen (2) eine Lochscheibe (5) zugeordnet ist.
