Abstract

Zum schnelleren Aufheizen der Brennerplatte einer Kocheinrichtung mit Glas­ keramikkochfläche und Gasstrahlungsbrenner wird der Gasstrahlungsbrenner während der Aufheizphase mit einer erhöhten Gasmenge betrieben. Spätestens bei Erreichen der Betriebstemperatur in Vollaststellung wird die Gasmenge auf das Normalmaß gedrosselt. Der Zeitpunkt der Drosselung kann ent­ weder über eine Zeitsteuerung vorgegeben werden oder es wird die Temperatur der Brennerplatte ermittelt und bei einer vorgegebenen Temperatur wird die Gasmenge gedrosselt.
