Claims (12)

1. Dispositif pour le transfert de bobines individuelles (17) ou groupes de bobines (17.1) qui pour l'essentiel sont alignées dans un axe horizontal et disposées sur un système de dépôt (35) à un système de transport des bobines avec dispositif de levée à piston (1) pouvant se mouvoir qui présente à son élément de lovée mobile (14) un support (7) pour adaptateur de bobine (6) qui lors du mouvement de montée de l'élément de levée mobile (14) peut s'introduire centralement dans le tube de bobine des bobines individuelles ou groupe de bobines déposées sur le système de dépôt, que se caractérise par le fait que le dispositif de levée à piston (1) est fixé sur une tête tournante (2) pouvant se déplacer dans un axe horizontal et qui est fixé à un support mobile se déplacant dans le sens vertical le long d'une colonne stationnaire (13) et que le système de transport des bobines (C) présente un système de transport suspendu (4 avec portes-bobines (5) suspendus pour les adaptateurs de bobines (6).

Dispositif suivant revendication 1 qui se caractérise par le fait que les supports (7) pour les adaptateurs de bobine (6) présentent une assiette de butée (8) avec une broche (9) entrant dans la partie inférieure d'un adaptateur (6) ainsi qu'un élément de positionnement (10), afin de positionner l'adaptateur de bobine (6) dans un angle bien déterminé par rapport au support (7).
3. Dispositif suivant revendication 2 qui se caractérise par le fait que l'élément de positionnement soit une goupille de positionnement (10) fixé à la broche (9) de préférence radialement et que chaque adaptateur de bobine (6) soit pourvu dans sa partie intérieure de surfaces de guidage (11) obliques et/ou de forme spirale agissant en corrélation avec la goupille de positionnement (10) ainsi qu'une rainure d'enclenchement (12) ouverte dans le bas pour la goupille de positionnement (10).
4. Dispositif suivant revendication 1 qui se caractérise par le fait que la tête tournante (2) dispose d'un système tournant complémentaire avec un axe de rotation qui se trouve verticalement par rapport à l'axe de rotation horizontal de la tête tournante.
5. Dispositif suivant revendication 2 qui se caractérise par un entraînement tournant (15) pour le support de l'adaptateur de bobine (7).
6. Dispositif suivant revendication 5 qui se caractérise par un dispositif d'aspiration (16) qui est disposé en-dessous du système de transport suspendu (4) et qui avant le transfert d'une bobine individuelle (17) ou d'un groupe de bobines (17, 17.1) d'un adaptateur de bobine (6) chargé peut être placé latéralement avec une certaine distance par rapport au bord de la ou des bobine/s (17, 17.1).
7. Dispositif suivant revendication 6 qui se caractérise par le fait que le dispositif d'aspiration (16) présente une ou plusieurs buses avec fentes longitudinales et qui sont ajustées verticalement par rapport à la position de la ou des bobine/s (17, 17.1) et qui sont réglables individuellement ou ensemble par rapport aux bobines.
8. Dispositif suivant revendication 7 qui se caractérise par un entraîneur de fil (18) pouvant se mouvoir dans le sens vertical pour l'entraînement des fils (F1, F2) de la ou des bobine/s (17, 17.1) aspirés dans le dispositif d'aspiration (16) ainsi que par une pince de fil mobile (19) à qui les fils entraînés (F1, F2) par l'entraîneur de fil (18) peuvent être transmis.
9. Dispositif suivant revendication 8 qui se caractérise par le fait que la pince de fil (19) soit en mesure de prendre d'une part une position de prise du fil au-dessus de l'entraîneur de fil (18) et d'autre part une position de transfert du ou des fils (F1, F2) à l'extrémité supérieure de l'adaptateur de bobine (6) portant les bobines (17, 17.1).
10. Dispositif suivant revendication 1 qui se caractérise par le fait qu'à la surface extérieure de l'extrémité supérieure de chaque adaptateur de bobine (6) il soit prévu une première ouverture (20) pour l'introduction de l'extrémité du fil à l'intérieur de l'adaptateur de bobine (6).
11. Dispositif suivant revendication 10 qui se caractérise par le fait que se raccorde à cette première ouverture (20) un canal de conduite du fil (21) qui se trouve dans la paroi de l'adaptateur et dont le parcours est particulièrement dans le sens de la circonférence et ceci sous un angle inscrit prédéterminé, et qui conduit à une deuxième ouverture (22) à la surface extérieure de l'adaptateur de bobine (6) pour l'adaptation d'une buse d'aspiration (23).
12. Dispositif suivant revendication 11 qui se caractérise par le fait qu'à l'intérieur de la buse d'aspiration (23) est disposé un système de coupe (36) permettant de couper des fils aspirés à une longueur définie.
