Claims (12)

1. Procédé de bobinage de bobines et d'assemblage des bobines bobinées (10, 110) en paires coaxiales de telle manière que le filament (11) provenant d'une bobine (10) puisse être tordu avec le filament (111) provenant de l'autre bobine (110) pour former un fil doublé retordu (12), dans lequel deux jeux de bobines bobinées différemment sont produit.simultanément sur une bobineuse, caractérisé en ce qu'on décharge les bobines (10, 110) de la bobineuse sur un dispositif d'assemblaque (29) par paires, chaque paire comprenant une bobine (10, 110) de chaque jeu, et on assemble méchanique- ment les paires de bobines (10, 110), soit en emmanchant la partie terminale (16) d'une bobine (10) dans la partie terminale (17) de l'autre bobine (110), soit en emmanchant un tube auxiliaire (18) à travers les deux bobines (10,110).
2. Procédé de bobinage et d'assemblage de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bobines (10) appropriées pour la position supérieure comportent une longueur ou quantité de filament (11) bobinée sur ces bobines supérieures à celle bobinée sur les bobines (110) appropriées pour la position inférieure, les deux types de bobines (10-110) étant formés par la même bobineuse (21) étant assemblés en séquence.
3. Procédé de bobinage et d'assemblage de bobines comme revendiqué dans la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif prévu pour assembler les bobines (10-110) coopère avec au moins deux têtes de bobinage (20-120), dont chacune produit une bobine (10) différente de la bobine 110 et en séquence avec l'autre.
4. Un procédé de bobinage et d'assemblage de bobines selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (29) destiné à assembler les bobines (10-110) est placé sensiblement à une extrémité de la bobineuse (21) où les bobines (10-110) à préassembler sont bobinées.
5. Un procédé de bobinage et d'assemblage des bobines selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (29) destiné à assembler les bobines (10-110) est fixe.
6. Un procédé de bobinage et d'assemblage de bobines selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (29) destiné à assembler les bobines (10-110) est mobile.
7. Un procédé de bobinage et d'assemblage de bobines selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (29) destiné à assembler les bobines (10-110) agit sur les bobines (10-110) à assembler au moyen d'au moins une poussée sensiblement coaxiale à l'axe desdites bobines (10-110).
8. Un procédé de bobinage et d'assemblage de bobines selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (29) destiné à préassembler les bobines (10-110) comprend des moyens servant à contrôler l'orientation des bobines.
9. Appareil pour assembler des bobines, destiné à être utilisé dans le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif (29) servant à aligner axialement une paire de bobines (10-110), un magasin (40) de tubes auxiliaires (18) et des moyens (41) servant à prélever un tube auxiliaire (18) du magasin (40) et à l'emmancher à travers les ouvertures centrales de la paire alignée de bobines.
10. Appareil selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les moyens servant à prélever un tube auxiliaire (18) dans le magasin et à l'emmancher à travers les ouvertures centrales de la paire alignée de bobines, comprennent un vérin (49) qui porte des moyens de saisie (51) sur sa tige de piston.
11. Appareil selon les revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (41) comprennent un chariot mobile (42) entraîné par des moyens moteurs (47).
12. Appareil selon les revendications 9, 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de saisie (51) sont constitués par une chambre (52) qui comprend un revêtement extérieur (53) en forme de fourreau muni de fentes circonférentielles (54), ledit fourreau étant pourvu intérieurement d'une membrane de caoutchouc gonflable (55) qui peut être mise en extension à travers lesdites fentes (54), des moyens (56) étant prévus pour transmettre un fluide sous pression à ladite chambre (52).
