Claims (9)

1. Fermeture comprenant les éléments suivants :
a) Une partie inférieure (1) et un couvercle (3) muni d'un rebord périphérique (5, 38) qui sont reliés entre eux par une charnière à déclic (6),
b) La charnière à déclic et au moins les portions contiguës de la partie inférieure et du couvercle sont fabriquées en une seule pièce en matière plastique,
c) Pour la liaison directe de la partie inférieure et du couvercle, la charnière à déclic comporte dans l'axe de rotation principal (10) une membrane-charnière (8), ou deux ou plusieurs membranes-charnières (8) alignées les unes sur les autres,
d) La charnière à déclic comprend au moins un élément élastique (14) qui, dans l'état de fermeture, est situé, pour l'essentiel, à l'intérieur de la forme extérieure des portions contiguës de la partie inférieure (1) et du couvercle (3) et qui est relié au couvercle (3) et à la partie inférieure (1) par des endroits d'articulation linéaires (16, 18),
e) Les endroits d'articulation (16, 18) s'étendent parallèlement à l'axe de rotation principal (10) et à distance de celui-ci,
caractérisé par les particularités suivantes :
f) Une seule membrane-charnière (8) est située, pour l'essentiel, dans les surfaces extérieures (2a, 4a) de la partie inférieure (1) et du couvercle (3), et deux ou plusieurs membranes-charnières alignées les unes sur les autres sont situées en outre, pour l'essentiel, dans des portions planes (34) des surfaces extérieures de la partie inférieure et du couvercle,
g) Les portions de la partie inférieure et du couvercle qui se raccordent directement à une membrane-charnière (8) au moins présentent des surfaces de bord (bords obliques 22, 24, etc.) qui s'étendent obliquement par rapport à leurs surfaces extérieures, qui sont voisines l'une de l'autre dans la position de fermeture et qui sont écartées l'une de l'autre par pivotement dans la position d'ouverture,
h) Dans la position d'ouverture du couvercle, le fond (4) du couvercle se trouve dans la région de la membrane-charnière (8), au-dessus de l'axe de rotation principal du couvercle.
2. Fermeture comprenant les éléments suivants:

d) La charnière à déclic comprend au moins un élément élastique (14) qui, dans l'état de fermeture, est situé, pour l'essentiel, à l'intérieur de la forme extérieure des portions contiguës de la partie inférieure (1) et du couvercle (3) et qui est relié au couvercle (3) et à la partie inférieure (1) par des endroits d'articulation linéaires (16, 18),
e) Les endroits d'articulation (16, 18) s'étendent parallèlement à l'axe de rotation principal (10) et à distance de celui-ci,
caractérisé par les particularités suivantes :
f) Les bords d'une seule bandelette (30) sont situés, pour l'essentiel, dans les surfaces extérieures (2a, 4a) de la partie inférieure (1) et du couvercle (3), et les bords de deux ou plusieurs bandelettes alignées les unes sur les autres sont situés, pour l'essentiel, dans des portions planes (34) des surfaces extérieures (2a, 4a) de la partie inférieure et du couvercle,
g) Les portions de la partie inférieure et du couvercle qui se raccordent directement à une bandelette (30) au moins présentent des surfaces de bord (bords obliques 22a, 24a) qui s'étendent obliquement par rapport à leurs surfaces extérieures, qui sont voisines l'une de l'autre dans la position de fermeture et qui sont écartées l'une de l'autre par pivotement dans la position d'ouverture,
h) Dans la position d'ouverture du couvercle, le fond (4) du couvercle se trouve dans la région de la membrane-charnière (8), au-dessus de l'axe de rotation principal du couvercle.
3. Fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que les bords obliques (22, 24, etc.) reposent l'un sur l'autre dans la position de fermeture.
4. Fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que les bords obliques (22, 24, etc.) sont plans.

a) Les bords obliques (22, 24) de la partie inférieure et du couvercle présentent des gradins qui s'étendent parallèlement à l'axe de rotation principal et qui viennent en prise par l'arrière à la manière de crochets dans la position de fermeture,
b) Les gradins sont orientés de telle manière que, dans la position de fermeture, le gradin de la partie la moins déformable (partie inférieure ou couvercle) exerce sur la partie la plus déformable une traction dirigée en s'éloignant de l'axe de rotation principal.
7. Fermeture selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par les particularités suivantes :
a) Pour la formation d'un gradin, le bord oblique (24) du couvercle présente une portion (26) en saillie sur son côté opposé à l'axe de rotation principal (10),
b) En s'y ajustant pour la formation d'un gradin, le bord oblique (22) de la partie inférieure présente une portion en retrait (28).
8. Fermeture selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que la transition des portions (26, 28) vers les surfaces obliques a lieu sous un angle obtus.
9. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée par les particularités suivantes :
a) Le bord oblique (24a) du couvercle s'étend sur toute l'épaisseur du fond (4) du couvercle, diminuée de l'épaisseur de la bandelette (30),
b) Le bord oblique (22a) de la partie inférieure s'étend sur une partie seulement de l'épaisseur de la paroi arrière (2) sur le côté intérieur de la partie inférieure, et il se prolonge par une surface de bord (32) qui s'étend à peu près à angle droit par rapport à la paroi arrière,
c) De telle sorte que, lors de l'opération d'ouverture, la bandelette est tirée vers l'intérieur par l'intermédiaire de la surface de bord (32).
