Abstract

Zur Herstellung der zweiseitig gequetschten Metall­ halogenidhochdruckentladungslampe (20) werden folgende Arbeitsgänge ausgeführt: Vorformen des Entladungsge­ fäßes (6) durch Einrollen mit N₂-Staudruckspülung, Einspannen in Quetschvorrichtung, Einführen des ersten Eo-Systems (8, 9, 10, 11), wobei die Stromzuführung (10) zickzackförmig geknickt und an der Innenwand des Quarzrohres (1) selbsthalternd abgestützt ist, Her­ stellen der ersten Quetschung (14) mit Ar-Spülung, Hochvakuumglühen, Einspannen in Pumpkopf mit Quetsch­ vorrichtung und Einbringen der Füllsubstanzen (18, 19) und Einführen des zweiten Eo-Systems (8, 9, 10, 11) durch Dosierklappe im Pumpkopf im Edelgas-Gegenstrom, mindestens dreimaliges Evakuieren und Argonspülen des erwärmten Entladungsgefäßes (6), Fluten des Entla­ dungsgefäßes (6) mit Füllgas, Herstellen der zweiten Quetschung (17) bei gleichzeitigem Kühlen des Ent­ ladungsgefäßes (6), Entnehmen der Lampe (20) aus dem Pumpkopf und Entfernen der überstehenden Enden des Quarzrohres (1). Lampe (20) bleibt während des gesam­ ten Pump- und Quetschvorganges im Pumpkopf, kein Pumprohr am Entladungsgefäß (6).
