Claims (39)
- Insertion pour une chaussure, présentant les particularités suivantes :(a) l'insertion (1) s'étend au moins sur sensiblement la totalité de la région d'avant pied (5) ;(b) l'insertion (1) est en une seule pièce en une matière en plaque élastique dure d'épaisseur uniforme ;(c) l'insertion (1) est profilée transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la semelle ; et(d) le profil transversal (2) s'étend sur au moins sensiblement la totalité de la région d'avant-pied (5) ;(e) la matière en claque élastique présente un profil transversal (2) en forme de rainurs, sillons, nervures, gouttières, ondes, moulures, méandres, sensiblement en méandres, en zig-zag ou trapézoïdales ;caractérisée
en ce que le profil transversal (2) se répète périodiquement. - Insertion selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la largeur des reliefs (A) est égale à la largeur des creux (B) des éléments de section du profil qui se répètent périodiquement.
- Insertion selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la période (P) du profil des éléments de section du profil qui se répètent périodiquement est de 3 mm à 20 mm.
- Insertion selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la période du profil est de 6 mm à 16 mm.
- Insertion selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la période du profil est de 8 mm à 13 mm.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la matière en plaque, élastique dure est une matière en plaque métallique et/ou plastique, de préférence une tôle d'acier, de façon particulièrement préférée, une tôle d'acier à ressorts.
- Insertion selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la matière en plaque dure, élastique a une épaisseur d'entrée 0,1 mm et 1,5 mm.
- Insertion selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la matière en plaque dure élastique, a une épaisseur d'entre 0,3 et 0,5 mm.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) s'étend sensiblement sur toute la surface de la semelle.
- Insertion selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le profil transversal (2) s'étend sensiblement sur toute l'étendue de la semelle.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le profil transversal (2) s'étend sur toute la largeur de l'insertion.
- Insertion selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) présente, dans la région (6) de l'articulation, un profil longitudinal (8) s'étendant dans la direction de la longueur de la semelle.
- Insertion selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) présente, dans la région du talon (7), un profil longitudinal (8) s'étendant dans la direction de la longueur de la semelle.
- Insertion selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profil transversal (2) est en forme d'onde, de ligne brisée, de sillons, de rainures ou de cannelures dans la direction du profil, ou présente un autre profil secondaire (15) s'étendant transversalement à la direction du profil.
- Insertion selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profil longitudinal (8) est en forme d'onde, le ligne brisée, de sillons, de rainures ou de cannelures dans la direction du profil, ou présente un profil secondaire (15) distinct orienté transversalement à la direction du profil.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) présente, dans une région prédéterminée du pied, ou dans plusieurs régions prédéterminées du pied, un alvéole (16) dirigé vers le sol, qui sert à mieux transmettre la pression du pied au sol, de préfrence dans la région du gros orteil, de la plante du pied et/ou du talon.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée en ce que des bosses ou pointes (12) sont disposées sur l'insertion (1) de façon inamovible, ou peuvent être montées de façon interchangeable à l'aide de moyens de fixation qui sont prévus sur ou dans l'insertion (1).
- Insertion selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que les racines (14, 25) des bossages ou pointes (12) ou les moyens de fixation (11) sont fixées dans des alvéoles de l'insertion (1) et prennent appui contre les parois latérales des alvéoles.
- Insertion selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que les racines (14, 25) s'adaptent par sûreté de forme aux parois latérales adjacentes des alvéoles.
- Insertion selon la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce que les racines (14, 25) sont appliquées solidement contre les parois latérales adjacentes des alvéoles.
- Insertion selon la revendication 18, 9 ou 20, caractérisée en ce que les alvéoles dans lesquels les racines (14, 25) des bosses ou pointes (12), ou des inserts filetés (11) de ces bosses ou pointes sont encastrées, sont des alvéoles du profil transversal (2).
- Insertion selon la revendication 18, 19, 20 ou 21, caractérisée en ce que les alvéoles dans lesquels les racines (14, 25) des bosses ou pointes (12) ou des inserts filetés (11) de ces bosses ou pointes sont encastrés sont des alvéoles du profil longitudinal (8).
- Insertion selon une des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) est munie d'ouvertures traversantes (4) donnant passage à une matière plastique, qui sont réparties sur la surface de l'insertion (1), de préférence avec un ou plusieurs canaux d'injection servant à injecter la matière plastique à travers elles et avec un grand nombre d'ouvertures de plus petit diamètre.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) est composée d'une matière en plaque composite qui possède plusieurs couches réunies entre elles pour former une structure composite intégrée, dont au moins une présente un profil transversal (2), du moins dans la région de l'avant-pied (5).
- Insertion selon la revendication 24, caractérisée en ce que la matière en plaque composite présente une couche d'une matière flexible, élastique, et une couche profilée.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 1 à 25, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) est constituée par une semelle première (31), les cavités ou interstices (32) du profil étant comblés d'une matière de rembourrage (33).
- Insertion selon la revendication 26, caractérisée en ce que la surface supérieure (34) de l'insertion (1) munie de la matière de rembourrage (33) est plane.
- Insertion selon la revndication 26 ou 27, caractérisée en ce que la surface inférieure (35) de l'insertion (1) munie de la matière de rembourrage (33) est plane.
- Insertion selon la revendication 26, 27 ou 28, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur (R) de la matière de remplissage prévue comme matière de rembourrage (33) est égale ou supérieure à la hauteur (H) de l'insertion (1), de sorte que, dans le cas d'une épaisseur (R) plus grande, une mince couche (Y, Z) de matière de comblement est présente sur l'insertion (1) sur une ou chacune des deux faces de la semelle première (31).
- Insertion selon la revendication 26, 27, 28 ou 29, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) et la matière de remplissage prévue comme matière de rembourrage (§33) sont réunies entre elles avec en adhérant fortement pour former un seul composant.
- Insertion selon la revendictaion 30, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) et la matière de rembourrage (33) sont réunies l'une à l'autre par collage ou vulcanisation.
- Insertion selon la revendication 30 ou 31, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une insertion (1) en métal et qu'elle est apprêtée pour améliorer l'adhérence.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 26 à 32, caractérisée en ce que la matière de rembourrage (33) est ou contient une matière plastique et/ou du feutre.
- Insertion selon une des revendications 26 à 33, caractérisée en ce que, sur la face supérieure (34) de l'article composite formé de l'insertion (1) et de la matière de remplissage (33), est appliquée une mince semelle intérieure (36).
- Semelle (18) pour une chaussure qui présente une insertion (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 25, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion est intégrée dans la structure d'ensemble de la semelle (18).
- Semelle selon la revendication 35, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion (1) est intégrée entre une semelle extérieure (19), d'une part et d'une semelle intérieure (20) ainsi qu'un support de voûte plantaire (21), d'autre part, dans la structure globale de la semelle (18).
- Semelle pour une chaussure, caractérisée en ce que la semelle présente une insertion selon une des revendications 26 à 34 réalisée sous la forme d'une semelle première (31).
- Semelle selon la revendication 35, 36 ou 37, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion est surmoulée à l'aide d'une matière plastique, par moussage, injection, coulée ou par un autre mode, ou est incorporée par vulcanisation dans une matière plastique qui forme au moins une partie de la smelle ou de la masse de comblement ou la totalité de la masse de remplissage.
- Chaussure comportant une insertion selon une des revendications 26 à 38.
