Claims (4)
- Commande de buses pour un métier à tisser pneumatique (1) comportant une insertion de trame par l'intermédiaire d'une ou plusieurs buses principales (13, 14) et un déplacement du fil de trame (9, 10) dans le canal d'entrée d'air (3) d'un peigne (2) à l'aide de buses successives (4), disposées les unes derrière les autres sur ledit, peigne, qui sont déclenchées par groupes les unes après les autres, par impulsions, par une commande électronique (18) de telle sorte que la zone de la pointe du fil est saisie par le courant d'air et le fil traverse la canal d'entrée d'air,
caractérisée en ce que, avant l'insertion du type correspondant de fil de trame (9, 10), les paramètres aérodynamiques de celui-ci sont enregistrés automatiquement par un détecteur (23, 24) intercalé entre les bobines de fil (7, 8) et des appareils de pré-bobinage (10, 11), par l'intermédiaire d'une mesure d'épaisseur, et transmis à une commande électronique (18), laquelle reconnaît automatiquement la qualité du fil et commande la durée d'impulsion du déclenchement des buses successives (5, 6) en fonction de l'aérodynamisme calculé, à l'aide d'une programmation préalable prévue dans la commande. - Commande de buses selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur du fil de trame (9, 10) est enregistrée par l'intermédiaire d'une mesure de l'abondance de poils.
- Commande de buses selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur du fil de trame (9, 10) est enregistrée par l'intermédiaire d'une mesure capacitive.
- Commande de buses selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que, avant l'insertion du type correspondant de fil de trame (9, 10), les paramètres aérodynamiques de celui-ci sont enregistrés par le détecteur correspondant (23, 24) par l'intermédiaire d'une mesure d'épaisseur et sont transmis, une fois enregistrés, à la commande électronique (18) qui comporte un calculateur dans lequel les paramètres spécifiques pour l'insertion du fil de trame sont calculés à l'aide des valeurs programmées au préalable et des paramètres enregistrés par l'intermédiaire de la mesure d'épaisseur, et la durée de soufflage des buses successives (5, 6...) est commandée automatiquement en fonction du résultat du calcul.
