Abstract

Pour éviter les nuisances produites par les polluants chimiques et/ou biologiques, qui sont émises par les surfaces des bâtiments, en particulier par les parois, les planchers et les plafonds des locaux d'habitation, il est proposé de poser un revêtement devant chacune de ces surfaces et d'amener ces polluants, réunis dans l'espace intermédiaire, sur un filtre à absorption. Lors de l'utilisation de colle, par exemple pour la fixation de papiers peints, celle-ci est conçue pour renforcer l'effet bactéricide et fongicide en étant soit fortement basique (pH > 13), soit fortement acide (pH < 3,5).

Claims (13)

1. Procédé pour éviter des pollutions par des substances nocives chimiques et/ou biologiques qui sont émises par des surfaces de bâtiments, en particulier par des murs, sols et plafonds dans des pièces d'habitation, caractérisé en ce qu'un revêtement est appliqué devant la surface de bâtiment respective et en ce que les substances nocives s'accumulant dans l'espace intermédiaire sont aspirées sur un filtre d'absorption chimiquement et/ou biologiquement actif.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le filtre d'absorption est constitué d'une couche d'absorption et est disposé directement dans l'espace intermédiaire.

Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la couche d'absorption ou dans une couche isolante disposée dans l'espace intermédiaire, sont placés des drainages, qui sont raccordés à un dispositif d'aspiration et/ou à un dispositif d'injection pour l'apport d'agent d'imprégnation ou du désinfectant.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration et/ou d'injection est commandé par l'intermédiaire de capteurs.
5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise en tant que revêtement de mur des papiers peints et en ce que la couche d'absorption est solidement liée au papier peint.
6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'absorption est traitée par un agent d'imprégnation fortement acide et/ou fortement basique.
7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que pour des papiers peints on utilise une colle qui est préparée à partir de substances biologiquement inoffensives en bâtiment et présente un pH inférieur à 3,5 ou supérieur à 13.
8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les papiers peints sont perforés.
9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la colle du papier peint est appliquée en plusieurs couches, en appliquant d'abord une couche de colle fortement acide sur le mur à tapisser, puis une couche intermédiaire neutre et, sur celle-ci, une couche de colle fortement basique.
10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'absorption et la colle utilisées sont en outre traitées par des désinfectants non polluants du commerce.
11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les revêtements des surfaces de bâtiments utilisés, en particulier les papiers peints, sont traités par des substances bactéricides ou fongicides.
12. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour le revêtement des surfaces de bâtiments, on applique des couches d'enduit qui présentent un pH inférieur à 3,5 ou supérieur à 13.
13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'enduit est constituée de plusieurs couches , une couche ayant un pH inférieur à 3,5 étant appliquée d'abord, puis une couche de séparation neutre et enfin une autre couche ayant un pH supérieur à 13.
