Claims (6)
- Machine de coupe longitudinale ou de rainurage pour une bande de carton ondulé en mouvement comprenant des plateaux (4) de guidage montés dans un bâti (3) de machine de façon à pouvoir pivoter les uns par rapport aux autres et disposés les uns au-dessus des autres transversalement par rapport à la direction de défilement de la bande (2) de carton ondulé, au-dessus et au-dessous de celle-ci, au moins deux paires de plateaux (4) de guidage disposés l'un derrière l'autre en direction du défilement de la bande étant prévues pour couper ou rainurer, des corps (5) d'outils, disposés en rangée transversalement par rapport à la direction de défilement de la bande dans chaque plateau (4) de guidage, chaque corps d'outils étant déplaçable et réglable transversalement par rapport à la direction de défilement de la bande au moyen d'un mécanisme de réglage (14, 15) de façon que respectivement une rangée de corps d'outils puisse pivoter selon un mouvement d'ensemble, et des outils (12, 12'; 17, 17') qui sont montés rotatifs et fixes en position sur les corps (5) d'outils et qui peuvent être entraînés en rotation par des arbres d'entraînement (13, 13') sur lesquels ils sont montés de façon à pouvoir coulisser mais bloqués en rotation, les outils disposés au-dessus et au-dessous de la bande (2) de carton ondulé coopérant par paires, caractérisée en ce que dans au moins un des plateaux (4) de guidage, seulement une rangée de corps (5) d'outils est disposée transversalement par rapport à la bande (2) de carton ondulé et en ce que plusieurs outils (12, 12'; 17, 17') sont disposés l'un derrière l'autre en direction du défilement de la bande sur le même corps (5) d'outils.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un plateau (4) de guidage comprenant des rails de guidage (9) pour des corps (5) d'outils est relié de façon a pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe (8) médian au bâti (3) de la machine, et en ce qu'entre le plateau de guidage et le bâti de la machine est agencé un dispositif (16) de réglage.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des rails (9) de guidage pour des corps (5) d'outils sont reliés de manière fixe par leurs extrémités à un panneau (7), en ce que chaque panneau est relié au bâti fixe (3) de la machine par l'intermédiaire d'un tourillon (8) médian de pivotement et en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif (16) unilatéral de réglage relié au bâti fixe de la machine et au plateau (4) de guidage.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps (5) d'outils présente les outils (12, 12' ou 17, 17') en recouvrement dans la direction de défilement de la bande et décalés les uns par rapport aux autres transversalement à celle-ci.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les outils (12, 12' ou 17, 17') sont mutuellement en prise par l'intermédiaire d'une denture et en ce que seulement un outil (12 ou 17) est en prise avec l'arbre (13) d'entraînement.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les outils (12, 12'; 17, 17') sont réalisés sur un corps (5) d'outils de façon identique ou différente.
