Abstract

Es wird ein kosmetisches Auftragsgerät mit Drehmechanismus zum verdrehsicheren Ausschieben einer kosmetischen Mine (10) aus einem Gehäuse (12) und mit einem auf das Gehäuse (12) des Auftragsgerätes aufsetzbaren Schoner (14) zum Schutz der Spitze (16) des Kosmetikmine (10) bei Nichtgebrauch des Auftragsgerätes beschrieben. Im Schoner (14) befindet sich ein Spitzenformer (18), der die Minenspitze (16) beim Aufsetzen des Schoners (14) durch Kaltverformung in die gewünschte Form bringt. Der Spitzenformer (18) ist drehbar innerhalb des Schoners (14) gelagert.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein kosmetisches Auftragsgerät mit Dreh­mechanismus zum verdrehsicheren Ausschieben einer kosmetischen Mine aus einem Gehäuse und mit einem auf das Gehäuse des Auf­tragsgerätes aufsetzbaren Schoner zum Schutz der Spitze der Kosmetikmine bei Nichtgebrauch des Auftragsgerätes, in dem sich ein Spitzenformer befindet, der die Minenspitze beim Aufsetzen des Schoners durch Kaltverformung in die gewünschte Form bringt.
  • Ein derartiges kosmetisches Auftragsgerät ist bekannt. Ist die Kosmetikmine mit Hilfe des Drehmechanismus weit genug aus dem Gehäuse geschoben, so wird beim Aufsetzen des Schoners mit Hilfe des Spitzenformers die Spitze der aus dem Gehäuse hervorstehenden Kosmetikmine neu geformt, wenn der Schoner bis zu seinem Anschlag auf das Auftragsgerät mit hinreichender Kraft aufgesetzt wird. Oftmals jedoch wird keine den Anfor­derungen genügende Spitze der kosmetischen Mine bei dieser Kaltverformung der kosmetischen Masse erreicht.
  • Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, und das Auftragsgerät so auszubilden, daß zuver­lässig eine den Anforderungen genügende Spitze der kosmeti­schen Mine beim Aufsetzen des Schoners ausgebildet wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Auftragsgerät der oben genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Spitzenformer dreh­bar innerhalb des Schoners gelagert ist.
  • Der Erfinder hat erkannt, daß defekte Minenspitzen meistens deshalb erhalten werden, weil der Schoner beim Aufsetzen ge­genüber dem Gehäuse des Auftragsgerätes und damit gegenüber der kosmetischen Mine unwillkürlich gedreht wird, so daß eine Abscherung zwischen dem Spitzenformer und der kosmetischen Spitze auftritt, der die kosmetische Masse der Mine nicht standhalten kann. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen drehbaren Lage­rung des Spitzenschoners wird dieser Abschereffekt einwand­frei vermieden.
  • Es hat sich weiterhin herausgestellt, daß es von großem Vorteil ist, wenn der Spitzenformer aus Teflon besteht.
  • In der beiliegenden Zeichung, die einen Längsschnitt zeigt, ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung veranschaulicht.
  • Das die kosmetische Mine 10 enthaltende Gehäuse 12 des Auf­tragsgerätes weist einen nicht näher dargstellten Drehmecha­nismus zum Ausschieben der kosmetischen Mine 10 aus dem Ge­häuse 12 auf. Die Anordnung sie aber derart getroffen, daß sich die kosmetische Mine 10 nicht gegenüber dem Gehäuse 12 des Auftragsgerätes drehen kann.
  • Ein Schoner 14 zum Schutz der kosmetischen Minenspitze 16 ist im aufgesetzten Zustand dargestellt, der bei Nichtgebrauch des Auftragsgerätes im allgemeinen eingenommen wird. Der Scho­ner 14 weist einen an sich bekannten Spitzenfomer 18 auf, der beim Aufsetzen des Schoners die weiche kosmetische Masse der Mine 10 an ihrer Spitze entsprechend verformt.
  • Im Gegensatz zum Stand der Technik ist der Spitzenformer 18 drehbar im Schoner 14 gelagert, so daß bei einer unwillkür­lichen Drehung des Schoners 14 gegenüber dem Gehäuse 12 beim Aufsetzen des Schoners keine Abscherung zwischen der Minen­spitze 16 und dem Spitzenformer 18 auftritt. Der Spitzenfor­mer 18 ist lose in den Schoner 14 eingesetzt und wird durch eine Schnapp-/Rastverbindung in dem Schoner gehalten, die durch Nocken 20 wie gezeigt bewerkstelligt wird.

Claims (2)

1. Kosmetisches Auftragsgerät mit Drehmechanismus zum verdreh­sicheren Ausschieben einer kosmetischen Mine (10) aus ein­nem Gehäuse (12) und mit einem auf das Gehäuse (12) des Auftragsgerätes aufsetzbaren Schoner (14) zum Schutz der Spitze (16) der Kosmetikmine (10) bei Nichtgebrauch des Auftragsgerätes, in dem sich ein Spitzenformer (18) be­findet, der die Minenspitze (16) beim Aufsetzen des Scho­ners (14) durch Kaltverformung in die gewünschte Form bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spitzenformer (18) drehbar innerhalb des Schoners (14) gelagert ist.
2. Kosmetisches Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spitzenformer (18) aus Teflon be­steht.
