Abstract

Die Kalanderanordnung (100) umfaßt zwei Walzenpaare (10,20), die von der Papierbahn (1) nacheinander durchlau­ fen werden. Die Walzenpaare (10,20) umfassen je eine hoch­ beheizte harte Walze (2) und eine weiche Walze (3). Den da­ durch gebildeten Walzspalten (9,19) ist jeweils eine Kühl­ einrichtung (5,13) vorgeschaltet, um eine zu hohe Aufheizung des Inneren der Papierbahn (1) und die damit einhergehende innere Teilplastifizierung zu begrenzen.
