Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine schalenförmige Verpackung zum Einsetzen von becherförmigen Gegenständen gemäß Obergriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Trotz ihres einfachen Aufbaues sollen derartige Verpackungen, wie sie z.B. aus der US-A-3.434.650 bekannt sind, dem einzustellenden Gegenstand einen sicheren Halt geben, wozu es notwendig ist, daß die Verpackung eine ausreichende Eigensteifigkeit besitzt.
  • Mit der Erfindung wird darüber hinaus angestrebt, eine einfache Aufstellung der Verpackung zu gewährleisten.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 definierten Merkmale erreicht.
  • Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung ist in Anspruch 2 dargelegt.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:

    einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt,

    eine Draufsicht auf die Verpackung, aufgerichtet aus dem Kartonzuschnitt nach Fig. 1 und
    Fig. 3
    eine Stirnansicht der Verpackung.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Oberwand 2 aufweist, in welcher vier Öffnungen 3 für den Durchtritt von nicht dargestellten Gegenständen vorgesehen sind. Aus den Öffnungen 3 sind Lappen 4 ausgestanzt, die weitgehend der Größe der Öffnungen entsprechen. An einem geraden Abschnitt des Öffnungsrandes ist eine als Faltlinie ausgebildete Anlenklinie 5 für die Lappen 4 vorgesehen. Innerhalb der Lappen 4 ist eine Faltlinie 6 angeordnet, die parallel zur Anlenklinie 5 verläuft. Der Abstand der Faltlinie 6 von der Anlenklinie 5 entspricht der Breite von Seitenwänden 7 und 8, die an den beiden Längsseiten der Oberwand 2 angelenkt sind.
  • Zwischen den Öffnungen 3 sind zwei weitere Öffnungen 9 vorgesehen, die ebenfalls für das Einsetzen von Gegenständen ausgebildet sind. Im Bereich dieser Öffnungen 9 sind Lappen 10 vorgesehen, die rechteckig ausgebildet und am Öffnungsrand über eine Faltlinie 11 angelenkt sind. Die in die Öffnung 9 hineinragende Länge dieser Lappen 10 entspricht dabei wieder der Breite der beiden Seitenwände 7 und 8.
  • An den beiden Seitenwänden 7 und 8 ist je ein Bodenabschnitt 12 bzw. 13 angelenkt, die sich im aufgerichteten Zustand der Verpackung teilweise überlappen.
  • In dem innenliegenden Bodenabschnitt 13 sind zwei bogenförmige Ausnehmungen 14 und 15 vorgesehen, in welche jeweils ein Lappen 4 mit seinem zum Boden parallelen Abschnitt eingreift, wobei er im Bereich der die beiden Bodenabschnitte verbindenden Klebenaht mit dem außenliegenden Bodenabschnitt verklebt ist.

Claims (2)

  1. Schalenförmige Verpackung zum Einsetzen von becherförmigen Gegenständen, mit einem Boden(12,13) und einer Oberwand(2), in der Öffnungen(3,9) für den Durchtritt der Gegenstände vorgesehen sind, wobei im Bereich wenigstens eines Teils(3) der Öffnungen Lappen(4) ausgestanzt sind, die wenigstens annähernd der Größe der Öffnungen(3) entsprechen, an einem geraden Abschnitt des Öffnungsrandes angelenkt und mit einer Faltlinie(6) versehen sind, die parallel zur Anlenklinie(5) verläuft, wobei der Abstand von Falt- und Anlenklinie(5,6) dem Abstand der Oberwand(2) vom Boden(12,13) entspricht und wobei der Boden aus zwei Bodenabschnitten(12,13) besteht, die jeweils an einer Seitenwand(7,8) angelenkt sind und sich teilweise überlappen, wobei in dem bei der Überlappung innenliegenden Bodenabschnitt(13) im Bereich der Überlappung Ausnehmungen(14,15) vorgesehen sind, in welche ein Teil der Lappen(4) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen(14,15) im innenliegenden Bodenabschnitt(13) bogenförmig ausgebildet sind und den zum Boden parallelen Abschnitt der Lappen(4) aufnehmen, welche mit dem außenliegenden Bodenabschnitt(12)verklebt sind.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus einem weiteren Teil(9) der Öffnungen(3,9) Lappen(10) ausgestanzt sind, die im wesentlichen rechteckig ausgebildet und am Öffnungsrand angelenkt sind und die in ihrer Länge dem Abstand zwischen Oberwand(2) und Boden(12,13) entsprechen.
