Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kartonumverpackung für wenigstens vier in zwei Reihen angeordnete becherförmige Gefäße, die mit einem zylindrischen oder konischen Mantel sowie vorzugsweise einem oberen Randflansch ausgestattet sind, wobei die Kartonumverpackung eine obere Deckwand, zwei daran angelenkte Seitenwände sowie zwei Bodenwand-Abschnitte aufweist, von denen einer auffaltbare Stege trägt, wobei die auffaltbaren Stege nur einseitig an einem der Bodenwand-Abschnitte angelenkt und im übrigen aus diesem Bodenwand-Abschnitt ausgestanzt sind, wobei die auffaltbaren Stege aus drei hintereinander angeordneten und gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Abschnitten bestehen, von denen einer am Bodenwand-Abschnitt angelenkt ist.
  • Aus der DE-C-41 00 783 ist eine derartige Umverpackung bekannt, die den darin verpackten Gegenständen einen sehr guten Halt gewährt, die aber verhältnismäßig kompliziert aufgebaut und aufwendig aufzurichten ist.
  • Aus der EP-A-0 388 238 ist ebenfalls eine derartige Umverpackung bekannt, die jedoch nicht immer sicherstellen kann, daß die verpackten Gegenstände in der gewünschten Position verbleiben und die gewünschten Abstände zueinander einhalten.
  • Dagegen liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung vorzuschlagen, die einfacher und kostengünstiger herzustellen und aufzurichten ist und trotzdem eine sichere Befestigung der zu verpackenden Gegenstände gewährleistet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfingdungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß ader mittlere der drei hintereinander angeordneten Abschnitte des auffaltbaren Steges über einen weiteren Wandabschnitt am Bodenwand-Abschnitt angelenkt ist.
  • Damit ist eine besonders einfache Ausgestaltung der Stege und damit des gesamten Verpackungs-Zuschnittes erreicht.
  • Zudem werden diese auffaltbaren Stege ohne zusätzlichen Materialbedarf aus dem einen Bodenwand-Abschnitt hergestellt.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand von eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:

  • Mit 1 ist in Fig.1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Deckwand 2 und an dieser angelenkt zwei Seitenwände 3 und 4 aufweist. An jeder der beiden Seitenwände 3 bzw. 4 ist ein Bodenwand-Abschnitt 5 bzw. 6 angelenkt, die beim Aufrichten des Kartonzuschnittes 1 den Boden bilden, wobei der Bodenwand-Abschnitt 5 innen und der Bodenwand-Abschnitt 6 außen liegen. Im Bodenwand-Abschnitt 5 sind zwei Flächenabschnitte 7 und 8 vorgesehen, die über je eine Faltlinie 9 und 10 am Bodenwand-Abschnitt 5 angelenkt und entlang von Schnittlinien 11 und 12 aus diesem herausgelöst sind. Beide Flächenabschnitte 7 und 8 weisen je zwei Faltlinien 13 und 14 auf, um die der Flächenabschnitt zu einem Steg aufgefaltet werden kann.
  • Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig.2, das sich in den übrigen Teilen nicht vom Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig.1 unterscheidet, sind im Bodenwand-Abschnitt 25 zwei Flächenabschnitte 27 und 28 vorgesehen, die über Wandabschnitte 30 gelenkig mit dem Bodenwand-Abschnitt 25 verbunden sind. Der Wandabschnitt 30 greift dabei an einem Mittelabschnitt 29 des jeweiligen Flächenabschnittes 27 bzw. 28 an.
  • In Fig.3 ist eine Kartonumverpackung 31 dargestellt, die aus dem Kartonzuschnitt 1 nach Fig.1 aufgerichtet ist. In diese Kartonumverpackung 31 sind vier nicht näher dargestellte becherförmige Gefäße 32 eingestellt, wobei zwischen jeweils zwei Gefäßen ein Steg 37 eingedrückt ist, der die Gefäße nach außen gegen die Seitenwände 3 und 4 drückt, wodurch die Gefäße 32 einen festen Halt erfahren. Der Steg 37 ist dabei aus dem Flächenabschnitt 7 aufgefaltet und nur über die Faltlinie 9 mit dem Bodenwand-Abschnitt 5 verbunden. Eine Verklebung oder andere Festlegung des Steges am anderen Bodenwand-Abschnitt 6 findet dabei nicht statt.

Claims (1)

  1. Kartonumverpackung(31) für wenigstens vier in zwei Reihen angeordnete becherförmige Gefäße(32), die mit einem zylindrischen oder konischen Mantel sowie vorzugsweise einem oberen Randflansch ausgestattet sind, wobei die Kartonumverpackung eine obere Deckwand(2), zwei daran angelenkte Seitenwände(3,4) sowie zwei Bodenwand-Abschnitte(5,6,25) aufweist, von denen einer auffaltbare Stege(37) trägt, wobei die auffaltbaren Stege(37) nur einseitig an einem der Bodenwand-Abschnitte(5,25) angelenkt und im übrigen aus diesem Bodenwand-Abschnitt ausgestanzt sind, wobei die auffaltbaren Stege(37) aus drei hintereinander angeordneten und gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Abschnitten bestehen, von denen einer am Bodenwand-Abschnitt(5,25) angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere(29) der drei hintereinander angeordneten Abschnitte des auffaltbaren Steges(37) über einen weiteren Wandabschnitt(30) am Bodenwand-Abschnitt(25) angelenkt ist.
