Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Umverpackung aus Karton od. dgl. um mehrere Gegenstände wie z.B. Becher, die beispielsweise an ihrer Oberseite miteinander verbunden sind, mit einer teilweise aus einer Seiten- und einer Bodenwand ausgestanzten und an beiden gelenkig befestigten Verriegelungsfläche, die mit einer in Verlängerung der Biegelinie zwischen Seiten- und Bodenwand liegenden Rillinie versehen ist.
  • Aus dem DE-U 7019551 ist eine Umverpakkung mit einer derartigen Verriegelungsfläche bekannt, die den in die Umverpackung eingestellten Gegenständen einen seitlichen Halt vermittelt.
  • Die bekannten Verriegelungsflächen haben aber den entscheidenden Nachteil, dass sie bereits beim Aufrichten der Umverpackung eingefaltet werden müssen, da ein nachträgliches Einfalten nicht möglich ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Umverpackung der genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der die Verriegelungsfläche auch nachträglich einfaltbar sind.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass in der Verriegelungsfläche eine mit Abstand von der Rillinie sowie den Anlenklinien angeordnete Biegelinie vorgesehen ist.
  • Durch diese zusätzlich zur Rillinie angeordnete Biegelinie kann die Verriegelungsfläche an jeder beliebigen Stelle ins Innere der bereits aufgerichteten Umverpackung eingedrückt werden.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn erfindungsgemäss die Biegelinie der Verriegelungsfläche zwischen der Rillinie und der Anlenklinie der Verriegelungsfläche an der Seitenwand angeordnet ist.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen flachliegenden Zuschnitt und
    • Fig.2 eine aufgerichtete Umverpackung im Querschnitt.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Zuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Deckwand 2, Seitenwände 3 und 4 sowie eine aus zwei Abschnitten 5 und 6 gebildete Bodenwand aufweist. Beim Aufrichten des Zuschnittes 1 zu einer Umverpackung werden, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, die beiden Bodenwand-Abschnitte 5 und 6 mit ihren Ansätzen 7 bzw. 8 verbunden. Zwischen der Seitenwand 3 und der Bodenwand 5 einerseits sowie der Seitenwand 4 und der Bodenwand 6 andererseits verläuft jeweils eine Biegelinie 9 bzw. 10, um welche die Bodenwand beim Aufrichten der Umverpackung gefaltet wird.
  • Quer zu diesen Biegelinien 9,10 verlaufen zwei Schnittlinien 11, 12 bzw. 13, 14, die jeweils eine Verriegelungsfläche 15 bzw. 16 abteilen. Diese Verriegelungsflächen erstrecken sich sowohl in die Seitenwände als auch in die Bodenwände und sind mit beiden gelenkig über Anlenklinien 17, 18 bzw. 19,20 verbunden. Zusätzlich zu einer in Verb längerung der Biegelinien 9 bzw. 10 liegenden Rilllinie 90 bzw. 100 sind je eine weitere Biegelinie 21 bzw. 22 vorgesehen.
  • Durch diese weitere Biegelinie ist es möglich, die Verriegelungsfläche nach dem Aufrichten der Umverpackung zwischen die Becher 23 einzudrücken und diesen einen seitlichen Halt zu vermitteln.
  • In der Deckwand 2 ist eine weitere Verriegelungsfläche 24 angeordnet, die nach innen zwischen jeweils vier Becher eingedrückt werden kann, wenn diese über einen gemeinsamen Dekkelflansch verbunden sind,

Claims (2)

1. Umverpackung (1) aus Karton oder dgl. um mehrere Gegenstände wie Becher (23), die an ihrer Oberseite miteinander verbunden sind, mit einer teilweise aus einer Seiten- und einer Bodenwand (3, 7; 4, 8) ausgestanzten und an beiden gelenkig befestigten Verriegelungsfläche (15, 16), die mit einer in Verlängerung der Biegelinie zwischen Seiten- und Bodenwand (3, 7; 4, 8) liegenden Rillinie (90, 100) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Verriegelungsfläche (15, 16) eine mit Abstand von der Rillinie (90, 100) sowie den Anlenklinien (17, 18 bzw. 19, 20) angeordnete Biegelinie (21, 22) vorgesehen ist.
2. Umverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegelinie (21, 22) der Verriegelungsfläche (15,16) zwischen der Rillinie (90, 100) und der Anlenklinie (18 bzw. 20) der Verriegelungsfläche (15 bzw. 16) an der Seitenwand (3 bzw. 4) angeordnet ist.
