Description

La présente invention concerne un emballage en carton ou analogue, pour
envelopper plusieurs objets tels que par exemple des pots, qui sont reliés entre eux par exemple sur leur côté supérieur, comportant une sur5 face de verrouillage formée par poinçonnage en partie dans une paroi latérale et une paroi de fond, fixée de façon articulée sur les deux parois et qui est pourvue d'une ligne d'encochage placée dans le prolongement de
la ligne de pliage entre la paroi latérale et la paroi de 10 fond.
D'après le modèle d'utilité allemand 70 19 551, on connait un emballage comportant une telle surface de verrouillage, qui permet un maintien latéral des objets
logés dans l'emballage.
Les surfaces de verrouillage connues présentent
cependant l'inconvénient déterminant qu'elles doivent être déjà pliées vers l'intérieur lors de la confection de l'emballage car un pliage ultérieur n'est pas possible.
L'invention a pour but de créer un emballage 20 du type précité dans lequel les surfaces de verrouillage
peuvent également être pliées vers l'intérieur ultérieurement.
Ce problème est résolu selon l'invention en ce qu'il est prévu dans la surface de verrouillage une ligne 25 de pliage disposée à distance de la ligne d'encochage et
des lignes d'articulation.
Grâce à cette ligne de pliage disposée additionnellement à la ligne d'encochage, la surface de verrouillage peut être enfoncée en tout moment approprié 30 vers l'intérieur de l'emballage déjà déployé.
Il est particulièrement avantageux que, conformément à l'invention, la ligne de pliage de la surface
de verrouillage soit disposée entre la ligne d'encochage et la ligne d'articulation de la surface de verrouillage 35 sur la paroi latérale.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la suite de
la description, donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif,
et sur les dessins annexés dans lesquels: la fig 1 représente un flan placé à plat, et la fig 2 représente un emballage dressé
en section droite.
On a désigné par 1 sur la fig 1 un flan qui comporte une paroi de couvercle 2, des parois latérales 10 3 et 4 ainsi qu'une paroi de fond constituée de deux parties 5 et 6 Lors de la confection de l'emballage à partir du flan 1, comme le montre la fig 2, les deux parties 5 et 6 de la paroi de fond sont reliées par leurs appendices 7, 8 Entre la paroi latérale 3 et la 15 paroi de fond 5, d'une part, ainsi qu'entre la paroi latérale 4 et la paroi de fond 6, d'autre part, il est prévu respectivement une ligne de pliage 9, 10 autour
de laquelle la paroi de fond est pliée lors de la confection de l'emballage.
Deux lignes de coupe 11, 12 et 13, 14, orientées perpendiculairement à ces lignes de pliage 9, 10, délimitent chacune une surface de verrouillage 15, 16.
Ces surfaces de verrouillage s'étendent aussi bien dans les parois latérales qu'également dans les parois 25 de fond, et elles sont reliées avec les deux parois de
façon articulée par l'intermédiaire de lignes d'articulation 17, 18 et 19, 20 En addition à une ligne d'encochage 90, 100, placée dans le prolongement des lignes de pliage 9, 10, il est prévu respectivement une autre 30 ligne de pliage 21, 22.
Grâce à cette autre ligne de pliage, il est possible d'enfoncer la surface de verrouillage après
la confection de l'emballage entre lespots 23 et d'assurer ainsi leur maintien latéral.
Dans la paroi de couvercle 2, il est prévu une
autre surface de verrouillage 24 qui peut être enfoncée vers l'intérieur entre à chaque fois quatre pots, lorsque ceux-ci sont reliés par l'intermédiaire d'un rabat commun de recouvrement.

REVENDICATIONS
1 Emballage en carton ou analogue, pour envelopper plusieurs objets tels que par exemple des pots, qui sont reliés entre eux par exemple sur leur côté su5 périeur, comportant une surface de verrouillage formée par poinçonnage en partie dans une paroi latérale et une paroi de fond, fixée de façon articulée sur les deux parois et qui est pourvue d'une ligne d'encochage placée dans le prolongement de la ligne de pliage entre la paroi 10 latérale et la paroi de fond, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans la surface de verrouillage ( 15, 16) une ligne de pliage ( 21, 22) placée à distance de la ligne d'encochage ( 90, 100) et des lignes d'articulation ( 17, 18 et
19, 20).
2 Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de pliage ( 21, 22) de la surface de verrouillage ( 15, 16) est disposée entre la ligne d'encochage ( 90, 100) et la ligne d'articulation ( 18, 20) de
la surface de verrouillage ( 15, 161 sur la paroi latérale 20 ( 3, 4).
