Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsträger für wenigstens zwei in einer Reihe angeordnete becherförmige Behälter, die mit einem Randflansch versehen sind, wobei der Verpackungsträger mit einer unteren Wand versehen ist, die Öffnungen aufweist, in welche die Behälter einsetzbar sind und an der beiderseits je eine Seitenwand über Faltlinien angelenkt ist, die ihrerseits jeweils einen Abschnitt einer Deckwand tragen.
  • In der Praxis sind derartige Verpackungsträger in einer Vielzahl bekannt; sie geben den zu verpackenden Behältern meist keinen ausreichenden Halt, weshalb es dann notwendig ist, die Behälter an ihren Randflanschen zu verbinden, um eine einigermaßen ausreichende Steifigkeit zu erhalten.
  • Aus der FR-A-2 082 413 ist darüber hinaus ein Verpackungsträger der eingangs genannten Art bekannt geworden, bei dem zwei übereinander angeordnete Behälterreihen vorgesehen sind. Die unteren Behälter stecken vollständig in Öffnungen der unteren Träger-Wand, während die oberen Behälter unmittelbar auf den unteren stehen, von einer Deckwand überspannt und zusätzlich von einer weiteren Wand gehalten werden, die mit einem Ausschnitt versehen ist, in den die Behälter seitlich eingreifen. Obwohl dieser Verpackungsträger kompliziert aufgebaut und schwierig aufzurichten ist, erhalten einzelne, nicht an ihren Randflanschen verbundene Behälter nur einen unzureichenden Halt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Verpackungsträger der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der auch einzelnen Behältern einen sicheren Halt gewährt und trotzdem einfach und preisgünstig herzustellen und leicht aufzurichten ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß an den Seitenwänden angeformte Lappen vorgesehen sind, welche aus den Öffnungen der unteren Wand ausgestanzt sind und sich an die Außenseite der Behälter anlegen, und daß an den beiden Stirnseiten der unteren Wand je eine Klappe angelenkt ist, deren einer Abschnitt in eine Öffnung der unteren Wand hineinragt und deren anderer Abschnitt nach außen ragt, in seiner Höhe etwa der Höhe der Seitenwände entspricht und unter den Randflanscvh eines Behälters zu greifen vermag.
  • Werden die Behälter in die Öffnungen der unteren Wand eingesetzt, so richten sich die Klappen selbsttätig auf, wobei der obere Abschnitt unter den Randflansch des Behälters greift und dessen weiteres Eintauchen verhindert. Gleichzeitig werden durch die Behälter auch die Seitenwände nach oben gefaltet, so daß nur noch die Deckwand auf die Behälter-Flansche aufgefaltet und deren beide Abschnitte miteinander verklebt werden müssen.
  • Aus der FR-A-2 082 413 sind zwar ebenfalls aus den Öffnungen der unteren Wand ausgestanzte Lappen bekannt, die aber nicht mit den Seitenwänden verbunden sind und daher diese beim Eintauchen der Behälter auch nicht beeinflussen können.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1
    einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt und
    Fig. 2
    einen schaubildlich dargestellten Verpackungsträger für zwei becherförmige Behälter.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine untere Wand 2 aufweist, aus welcher zwei Öffnungen 3,4 ausgestanzt sind. Seitlich ist an der unteren Wand 2 über je eine Faltlinie 5 bzw. 6 je eine Seitenwand 7 bzw. 8 angelenkt. Diese Seitenwände tragen je einen Abschnitt 9,10 einer Deckwand, die übereinandergefaltet miteinander verklebt werden und den Verschluß bilden.
    An den beiden Seitenwänden 7 und 8 sind Lappen 11,12,13,14 angeformt, welche in die Öffnungen 3 und 4 hineinragen und aus diesen ausgestanzt sind. Die beiden Stirnseiten der unteren Wand 2 tragen über Faltlinien 15 und 16 je eine Klappe 17 und 18, die jeweils mit einem äußeren Abschnitt und einem inneren Abschnitt versehen sind.
  • Beim Einsetzen von Behältern 19 in die Öffnungen 3 und 4 werden die Lappen 11 bis 14 nach unten und damit die Seitenwände nach oben gedrückt. Gleichzeitig werden die Klappen 17 und 18 um 90 Grad gedreht, so daß ihr äußerer Abschnitt unter den Randflansch 20 der Behälter 19 greift, wie dies in Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist. Sodann müssen nur noch die beiden Abschnitte 9 und 10 der Deckwand aufeinandergefaltet und miteinander verklebt werden.

Claims (1)

  1. Verpackungsträger für wenigstens zwei in einer Reihe angeordnete becherförmige Behälter(19), die mit einem Randflansch(20) versehen sind, wobei der Verpackungsträger mit einer unteren Wand(2) versehen ist, die Öffnungen(3,4) aufweist, in welche die Behälter(19) einsetzbar sind und an der beiderseits je eine Seitenwand(7,8) über Faltlinien(5,6) angelenkt ist, die ihrerseits jeweils einen Abschnitt(9,10) einer Deckwand tragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Seitenwänden(7,8) angeformte Lappen(11,12,13,14) vorgesehen sind, welche aus den Öffnungen(3,4) der unteren Wand(2) ausgestanzt sind und sich an die Außenseite der Behälter(19) anlegen, und daß an den beiden Stirnseiten der unteren Wand(2) je eine Klappe(17,18) angelenkt ist, deren einer Abschnitt in eine Öffnung der unteren Wand hineinragt und deren anderer Abschnitt nach außen ragt, in seiner Höhe etwa der Höhe der Seitenwände(7,8) entspricht und unter den Randflansch(20) eines Behälters(19) zu greifen vermag.
