Claims (17)

  1. Procédé de fabrication ou de traitement de blocs de béton, notamment de dallages de différentes tailles et formants, leur production se fait dans des moules remplis de béton et des poinçons correspondant à la forme de la surface de la pierre sert à estamper la surface et les bords visibles, et ensuite on fait durcir les blocs de béton, procédé caractérisé en ce que les poinçons (3) sont réalisés exprès plus petits que les moules correspondants (2), de sorte que lors de l'impression des blocs de béton (1) dans le domaine de leurs bords il se forme des bavures (7) et que dans un stade ultérieur de traitement on élimine les bavures (7) et les bords des blocs de béton (1) ou leurs surfaces sont encore nettoyées, endommagées et rendues rugueuses.
  2. Procédé de production ou de traitement de blocs de béton selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lors du stade ultérieur de traitement, on élimine les bavures (7) et on nettoie encore les bords des blocs de béton (1) ainsi que leurs surfaces, on les endommages ou les rend rugueuses.
  3. Procédé de fabrication ou de traitement de blocs de béton, notamment de dallages de différentes tailles et formats, leur production se fait dans des moules remplis de béton et des poinçons correspondant à la forme de la surface de la pierre sert à estamper la surface et les bords visible et ensuite, on fait durcir les blocs de béton, procédé caractérisé en ce que les poinçons (3) comprennent des évidements (5) comme des trous, ou des protubérances (6) comme des noppes qui pénètrent dans la surface plane des blocs de béton (1) ou leurs bords quand on applique le poinçon (3) et qui au relevage du poinçon (3) au delà des blocs de béton on endommage les surfaces ou les bords on les rend rugueuses et que dans un stade de traitement ultérieur, on enlève de la surface et des bords des blocs de béton les pattes détachées et en plus on les endommage ou les rend rugueuses.
  4. Procédé de production ou de traitement de blocs de béton selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les poinçons (3) présentent sur les surfaces planes et les bords des évidements (5) ou des protubérances (6) et qu'à l'étape suivante on traite la surface et les bords des blocs de béton (1).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (5) ou les protubérances (6) sont munis de contre-dépouilles, de sorte qu'au relevage du poinçon (3) au delà des blocs de béton leurs surfaces se déchirent.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les poinçons (3) présentent des évidements (5) tels que des trous, ou des protubérances (6), telles que des noppes.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise la rugosité ou l'endommagement des blocs de béton (1) et la formation de bavures (7), puis le nettoyage successif ou l'usinage irrégulier.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise le stade de travail ultérieur à l'aide de brosses rotatives (9) qui sont constituées selon la forme des blocs de béton (1) ou sont logées de façon excentrique.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit plusieurs brosses (9) en fonction de la forme des blocs de béton (1) qui font entre elles des angles.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au stade ultérieur de traitement on utilise des buses (10 ou 11), qui débarrassent les blocs de béton (1) des parties détachées à l'aide d'air comprimé, d'eau ou d'un autres matériaux de sablage appropriés, qui éliminent les bavures (7) ou endommagent encore les blocs de béton ou les rendent plus rugueux.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit plusieurs buses qui font des angles entre elles (10, 11).
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les buses (10, 11) sont déplacées irrégulièrement par rapport aux blocs de béton (1) ou les unes par rapport aux autres.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on apporte le matériau de sablage de façon irrégulière.
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on déplace les blocs de béton de façon inégale/irrégulière pendant le stade de travail ultérieur.
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce du poinçon entrant en contact avec les blocs de béton est en caoutchouc ou en matière plastique et qu'on la fixe aux poinçons.
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie fabriquée en caoutchouc ou en matière plastique est vissée, collée ou vulcanisée sur le poinçon.
  17. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en caoutchouc ou en matière plastique présente des évidements (5) ou des protubérances (6).
